This spacious 2-room flat is located on the ground floor and is ideal for two to four people. In the spacious living room you will find a cosy sofa corner with TV and radio as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge. A large dining table for up to 6 people invites you to enjoy meals together. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (total 160cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower, WC and double washbasin is also generously proportioned. A car parking space belonging to the flat is located at the house. You can reach the flat via the outside staircase of the villa, but have to climb down another flight of stairs inside the house. WLAN is available and free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Meeresblick was built in 1905 in the Wilhelmine style and extensively restored at the turn of the millennium. It is located near the junction of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf in the second row to the beach promenade. After about 200 metres you can easily reach the Baltic Sea via Grenzstraße. The lively town centre with its many shops and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot along Goethestraße. There is also a bicycle hire service in the direction of the centre on Goethestraße.
