This holiday flat on the first floor captivates with many loving and stylish details from the Wilhelminian period. On 53 square metres, this flat offers space for up to four people. Equipped with a large, bright living room with sofa bed and TV, it also has a loggia with full kitchen and large dining table. The bedroom with double bed and wardrobe offers access to the west balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the evening. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
The third and fourth person, ideally a child, find space as an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. (lying surface 1,40m x 2,00m) WLAN is available and free of charge, you can park your car comfortably in the courtyard. A lockable bicycle room is available.

Villa Magdalena is located in a quiet side street, a few metres from Ahlbeck's promenade. The central location close to the two centres of the seaside resorts Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck makes it an ideal starting point for your holiday. You can reach the Ahlbeck pier on foot after a few hundred metres. The beach is almost directly in front of the front door, you could comfortably go to the water in your bathrobe.
