The spacious two-room flat is located on the ground floor of Villa Grenzschlösschen. This flat was renovated with great attention to detail and offers an ideal holiday home for up to four people. The bright living room has a large window front and gives an open, friendly impression. In addition to the comfortable couch and a reading corner, there is also a foldaway bed in the living room, which can be used as an extra bed for the third and fourth person. Folded down, it offers two full-value sleeping places with slatted frame and mattress; folded up, it gives the impression of a wardrobe. From the living room you have access to the terrace, where you can end your holiday with a glass of wine in the evening
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The modern and separate kitchenette with a large dining table leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook together. For a restful sleep, a double bed is available in the bedroom.
WLAN is available and free of charge. A bicycle storage room is available in the basement of the house. You can park your car directly at the house

The historic building of the Villa Grenzschlösschen was extended by an interesting, modern extension and completely restored. Today, the villa with its central yet quiet location in the middle of the imperial resorts offers the best conditions for relaxing and eventful days by the sea. You can reach the beach and the promenade after about 200 metres, the lively centre of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck with restaurants, bakers and shops after about 500 metres
