In the first row and with a fantastic sea view, the 108 square metre flat in "Villa Undine" welcomes you. The flat is located on the first floor of the house and offers space for up to four people with two bedrooms
You will certainly spend most of your time in the bright and friendly furnished living area. The living area is equipped with a sofa, three armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Relax with a book, take in the sound of the sea with the window open or use the small telescope to look out to the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Adjacent you will find the fully equipped, open kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer as well as a four-plate cooker. The whole family will enjoy dining at the large dining table in the loggia. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), bedside tables and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also has a small TV. Should you prefer to split your morning routine, this is possible thanks to the second bathroom in the flat. Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and a ground-level shower. A private parking space in the building's underground garage (the maximum entrance height is 1.96 metres) is included. WLAN is part of the flat. You can reach the basement of Villa Undine both via stairs and in a relaxed manner by lift. There you will find the laundry room, where you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. Bicycle racks are also located at the house.
