This 30 sqm one-room flat on the raised ground floor of the villa is tastefully furnished and ideally suited for two people. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a small, cosy sitting area, flat screen TV and radio. The high windows of the villa provide plenty of light. A kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment is integrated into the living room, as is a dining area for 3 people. The double bed with separate mattresses (total 160cm x 190cm) and a wardrobe are hidden from view behind a half-height wall in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.
The car parking space belonging to the flat is located on the property. WLAN is available free of charge

Location and surroundings of object
The "Villa Meeresblick" was built in 1905 in the Wilhelminian style and extensively restored at the turn of the millennium. It is located near the junction of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf, in the second row to the beach promenade. After about 200 metres, you can easily reach the Baltic Sea from here via Grenzstraße. The lively town centre with its many shops and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot along Goethestraße. A bicycle rental service towards the centre is also located in Goethestraße.
