You will feel at home in this modern and stylish house. On 108 m², up to 6 people + toddler will find enough space for a relaxing holiday. The large living room with dining area invites you to a cosy get-together. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The house has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and satellite TV. 2 bedrooms are also equipped with a desk. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed, in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom there is 1 single bed each, which can be converted into a double bed. The house has two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and washing machine. The second bathroom is a shower bath with WC. Satellite TV, radio and board games are available for your entertainment. The house is completely at ground level. In front of the house is a large terrace with adjoining sunbathing and playing area, where you can barbecue, relax or enjoy your time. In the house's own barrel sauna you can really sweat if you wish. The property is completely fenced in. You can park your car directly in front of the house and safely store your bicycles in the shed.

Location and surroundings of object
The place
Ventschow is a small village at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin, not far from the Hanseatic city of Wismar (Baltic Sea). The village has its own bathing lake. Guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. Around the village you will find extensive and intact nature. Within walking distance you will find a beach with a large sunbathing area and beach volleyball court, a playground, a kiosk selling bread rolls and a nice ceramics shop. Well-maintained cycling and hiking trails lead through the village.
Leisure and excursions
The Hanseatic town of Wismar with its historic old town and harbour is 15 km away. The old town and the market are well worth seeing. In Wismar you will find leisure facilities such as an animal park, leisure and adventure pool, shopping centre, harbour tours, cinema and more. The state capital Schwerin is about 25 km away. The Baltic Sea is about 20 km away.

Top holiday home in Ventschow
The holiday home is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of Ventschow railway station. The house is at ground level and well equipped. With 3 bedrooms, it offers space for up to 6 people. The living room with the large TV is perfect for spending a nice evening watching TV. The kitchen offers plenty of space for catering. The bathroom as well as the guest toilet with shower is top equipped. We will gladly come again :-)

Short vacation over Easter
Very nice, modern and practical furnished, very clean holiday home. The location is not so optimal, directly on a road and only about 150 m from a railway line. Unfortunately, there is no WiFi. For those who really only need accommodation to sleep and otherwise do a lot during the day, i.e. spend a lot of time on the go, we give a full recommendation. The key handover worked smoothly through the landlady upon arrival, but it is also possible contactless via a key safe at the house. The house is wheelchair accessible, with wide doors and everything on one level. We would come back here again.

Restful vacation
We were very satisfied with the holiday home Solinski.
The house was equipped with everything we needed. Occasionally (e.g. for planning excursions), it might have been more comfortable if there had been WiFi available.
The location was great for us... Excursions to Schwerin, Wismar and the island of Poel were possible without a long drive. Additionally, it was possible to take very nice walks in the nearby area, including through the forest.
We also enjoyed using the table tennis table. If the weather had played along a bit better, we would have definitely sat on the terrace more often... even though we sometimes felt a bit observed since it faced directly onto the street.
The contact with the landlords was very friendly.

Ein komfortables Bungalow in ländlicher Umgebung mit Fasssauna im Garten als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren an den Schweriner See und in die umliegenden Städte wie Schwerin und Wismar. WLAN im Haus hat gefehlt.

Ein Ferienhaus, wie man mehr kaum erwaten kann!
Ein Ferienhaus wie man es erst einmal finden muss! Ein Kompliment an den Vermieter! Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind sind von dem Ferienhaus begeistert! Alles vohanden was benötigt wird und mehr als man erwarten kann! Sauber und einladend. Für Erwachsene und Kinder ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Ein geräumiges ordentliches Haus! Spielplatz und sogar eine Sauna ist vorhanden. Wir kommen nochmal wieder. Versprochen!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Sehr schön eingerichtetes sauberes Haus. Drei Schlafzimmer mit genug Platz für je 2 Personen. Zwei Bäder stilvoll eingerichtet. Handtücher für jeden eine andere Farbe. Waschmaschine, Sauna, Tischtennisplatte, Kinderspiele, Fußbodenheizung, Klimaanlage, alles da. Zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten außen. Kleiner Spielplatz für eher kleinere Kinder. liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu hören. Bei geöffneten Fenstern hört man im Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer regelmäßig die Bahnschranke bimmeln, aber wenn's stört.
Sonst kleiner Ort ohne weitere besondere Einrichtungen, aber in nicht Mal 10 Minuten ist man an einem kleinen Sandstrand mit klarem Wasser, Steg und Plattform zu hüpfen und springen. Spielplatz, Volleyball Feld und Tischtennisplatte. Zu unserer Zeit kaum besucht. Leider kein Imbiss mehr da. Wir hatten dort eine kurze tolle Zeit, unsere Kinder wollten vom See und dem schönen Haus nicht mehr weg. Und die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Für sonstige Aktivitäten muss man zwar etwas fahren, aber für einen Badeurlaub stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nur zum empfehlen!

Nichts für Ruhe suchende
Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man eben so braucht.
Sogar ein Mähroboter hat den Vorgarten permanent in Form gehalten.
Jedoch muss man leider Abstriche bei der Lage des Hauses machen. Was aus den Bildern leider nicht hervorgeht, ist die Ortsdurchfahtsstraße, die direkt vor dem Haus verläuft. Ausserdem ertönen regelmäßig Signale des Bahnübergangs, der sich nur ca. 100 m vom Haus befindet. Die dementsprechende Geräuschkulisse (auch nachts) ließ sich leider nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern aushalten.
Wen dies nicht stört und lieber tagsüber die tolle Gegend des Schweriner Umlands erkunden möchte, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich toll!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es gab jeglichen Kompfort. Was gut ankam war die Tischtennisplatte sowie die Terrasse. Was störend war die Nähe des Bahnhofes. Sehr reger Verkehr und sehr laut.
