This lovingly furnished house offers 160m² of space for 8 adults and a small child. The house is spread over 2 floors and offers ideal spaces for retreat and socialising. On the lower floor you will find the large living area, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, the second bathroom and a gallery with a seating area.
Satellite TV, W-LAN, radio and board games are available for your entertainment. There is a large terrace in front of the house where you can barbecue, relax or enjoy your time. You can park your car directly in front of the house and store your bicycles safely in the shed.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small fishing village at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin. The guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. You will find extensive and unspoilt nature all around the village. In Hohen Viecheln you can reach the fisherman with fish shop and snack bar, restaurant, playground, boat hire, bathing beach with large sunbathing lawn and beach volleyball courts as well as the bus stop within walking distance. Well-developed cycle and hiking trails lead through the village.
Leisure and excursion destinations
Thanks to its central location, between the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, you have short distances to countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular excursion destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the Mumpitz indoor playground, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar, Schwerin Castle and the shopping centres in the city of Schwerin.
