This house is located directly opposite the harbor. From there, you can also book boat tours. Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (10m). Shopping stores are located within a radius of 100 m.
The beach is about 50m away (free of charge) with a thermal bath (entrance fee about 1750 HUF). There are also several restaurants where you can eat and drink inexpensively. Balatonszemes is a quiet, well-maintained place. The residents are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful vacation
We were as a family in this beautiful vacation apartment. It was super clean, equipped with everything important, and very close to Lake Balaton. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and the complex is very tidy. The landlord was very friendly and always reachable. We can only highly recommend this apartment. Because we will definitely come back! :)

Very nice accommodation in a very nice location.
We stumbled upon this accommodation by chance through holiday home rental, and were pleasantly surprised. The entire complex has a very nice location at the harbor in Balatonszemes, with some good restaurants nearby where you can communicate well in German or English. The bathing beach can be reached in about 2-3 minutes. Shopping options include an ABC market within about 10 minutes on foot.

Wonderful vacation in Balatonszemes
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a modern vacation apartment equipped with everything. The balcony is fantastic with a view of the harbor. The blinds operate with a remote control. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you actually need. Everything is very cozy yet spacious. You can see that the apartment has been furnished with a lot of love. There is an elevator in the building, so even people with mobility impairments would have no problems. And for those who are not in the mood for the beach, although it is reachable in 3 minutes, they can jump into the pool. No comparison to previous vacation apartments. We felt so comfortable there that we immediately booked again for next year. Of course, the friendly manner of the landlord, Mr. Hammeley, also contributed a lot to our well-being. He is always helpful and you can go to him with any questions.
You don't even have to worry about the car anymore, either you can book the garage or it is safely parked in the enclosed courtyard.
Highly recommended!

Super holiday flat directly at Lake Balaton
We were very satisfied with the flat, which is very modern and well equipped.
The location is great, a lot is within walking distance. The beach and harbour are only a few metres away.
Everything was fine, including the contact with the landlord, who was always friendly and easy to deal with.
It was one of our best holidays on Lake Balaton.

Urlaub
I was there with my wife and my 2 small children, we liked it very much. The gentleman is very nice and always available if there is anything, takes care of problems immediately as it should be. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the cleanliness upon arrival was not very nice, unfortunately, after an 11-hour car ride, I had to vacuum, mop the floor, and clean the bathroom and toilet. That was unfortunately not nice. But when I come back to Hungary, I will stay in the accommodation again, it is top and in a great location. Many thanks for the holiday.
