Small but nice/lovely/fine

A fantastic holiday home with everything you could imagine. The furnishings and amenities leave nothing to be desired, everything is available down to the smallest detail! In addition, the decor is very tasteful and well-maintained!! The location is also very good, right by a small lake and the town of Nieuwe Niedorp is centrally located in the middle of North Holland, so you can explore the beautiful province well - even with the bikes provided! We can only recommend this holiday home, it's simply top notch!!!

Pleasant stay

We spent a week in this beautiful holiday home. It is lovingly furnished, all kitchen utensils and more are available. The surrounding area can be easily explored with the landlord's bikes or a short distance away by car. The place itself is varied and worth seeing. A perfect holiday if you want to escape the tourism on the coasts. Also ideal for anglers ! The many canals around invite you to do so. We will gladly come back.

Quiet accommodation in North Holland

we stayed for the first time in this beautiful, very lovingly furnished accommodation.
Nice quiet location in a traffic-free zone where the children can play carefree.
The house is cosy and lacks nothing. Bicycles were also on site. A garden with barbecue invites you to relax. And the landlord is very uncomplicated and always helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time we had here as a family!

Located in a very quiet area

We spent two weeks with 2 children and a dog in the holiday home, which is very nicely furnished and lacks nothing. In about 25 minutes, you can reach the North Sea with its great beaches. We will definitely come back again!

Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable in the stylish and well-equipped holiday home. By bike or car, you can quickly reach the beach or stroll around in other places. Highly recommended for singles, families with or without a dog. The host is very friendly and responds promptly to questions.

Empfehlenswert

We spent a very nice week with our dogs in this holiday home. The terraced house is located in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept small holiday park. The cottage is very nicely furnished, the kitchen is superbly equipped. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, small freezer, which was important to us for the dog food. Bicycles, etc. are stored in the garden shed. You can take beautiful trips from there. and IJsselmeer, the North Sea, with their dreamy dune landscapes and beaches, or to the beautiful surrounding area. There is really a lot to see! We were there during the tulip bloom, it was fantastic, with truly great weather. Very friendly contact with the landlord... before, during and after the holiday. We will definitely recommend it.

Super schöner Urlaub mit Hund

We had a relaxing holiday and got to know North Holland. The holiday home was perfectly prepared and very clean. The facilities are good and leave nothing to be desired. The residential area is very quiet. We immediately felt comfortable. The helpful landlord is very nice and reachable at any time. We would love to come back and recommend the holiday home to others.

Dog-friendly holiday with plenty of opportunities

The house was perfectly prepared again, with many small details. Even for 4 adults + 2 dogs, there was enough space. You "have to" plan about 15 minutes of driving to get to the beach, but in the village itself, you have incredibly much peace and many paths that invite you to take a walk.

We will gladly come back and have already booked for next year.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Everything is tip-top maintained, lovingly furnished, landlords always approachable, and uncomplicated and timely handling of key handover, etc. A fairytale-like region and a quiet spot to relax! Absolute recommendation, we were there as a family with two children and there was nothing lacking in the equipment, including perfectly maintained bicycles! A child seat could be rented for a small amount in Schagen! Just great, we will come back!

Beautiful varied vacation

Very nice property on a small lake. Cozy little house in a very good location between the North Sea and Ijsselmeer. Perfect for exploring the north of Holland from here.

Relaxing vacation in North Holland

The accommodation is very cozy and decorated with attention to detail. A small garden invites you to barbecue and relax. Bicycles are available on site. Apart from the usual utensils that guests need to bring themselves, such as towels, bed linen, and personal items, they lack nothing. Everything is very well organized. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the vacation rental.

Schöner Aufenthalt

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful accommodation and felt very comfortable. We were very impressed by the surroundings and the opportunities as we could easily reach the North Sea and the Ijsselmeer. The town offers good shopping options, but a car is necessary. We would come back.

Everything was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised and would love to come back again. The house and cleanliness were great. Nice landlords who were always helpful. Very appealing environment. With the bikes (which were great), we were able to explore the area.

Again and again immediately!!

We spontaneously drove to this cottage for 4 nights. And it was truly a wonderful vacation. The cottage was super clean, everything was available and lovingly furnished. Our children had a bedroom that could be darkened well. In the parent's bedroom, there is a skylight. So it's always a bit bright. For us, not a problem at all - those who need darkness should pack a sleep mask. The landlord was super nice, a dear contact. I can only repeat myself: we could have stayed 14 more nights.
There is also a lot to experience all around, but you should plan for a car... By bike, some sights are simply too far away.

Kleines Schmuckstück

The holiday cottage is located in a small idyllic holiday park around a small lake. The facility is well-kept and quiet, and the people there were all friendly.
The house is very tastefully furnished with many loving details that make it particularly cozy. It is overall exceptionally well-equipped. From games, DVDs, books to everyday items like trash bags, liquid soap, lighters, and a wide selection of tea varieties, to all necessary (incl. good cutting/peeling knives) and additional kitchen utensils (clips, aluminum foil, etc.) were all available. We did not need many of our usual vacation rental essentials. For the children, there were also great books, a wagon, a children's bike, a stroller, a night light, stuffed animals, and a sandbox on-site. Within walking distance, you can reach a great playground that resembles more of an amusement park than a typical playground. The terrace of the house overlooks the passing canal and truly amazing sunsets. The landlords are very nice, helpful, and in our case, also very flexible (current Corona situation). They gave us good tips for excursions and activities, the time was just unfortunately much too short. The surroundings offer so many possibilities, as one can reach all directions from the house in a pleasant driving time and can also easily do circular tours with multiple stops or alternate between cultural and beach days. This was perfect with the children! Will gladly come back and hopefully stay longer. :o)

Relaxed vacation with a dog

The holiday home is decorated with a lot of love. We (and our dogs) felt very comfortable and spent relaxed days. The surrounding cities invite you to varied day trips. The landlords are very nice and gave us many tips for the excursions. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday cottage in a well-kept complex.

We were able to spend our short vacation in this beautifully cozy and well-designed holiday home and enjoyed it very much! Communication with the landlord was quick and problem-free.
In mid-February, we were undisturbed in the holiday resort, and even at the beach 20-30 minutes away, the dog was still allowed to run free. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, want to enjoy nature, or visit the North Sea, IJsselmeer, or historic small towns at a short distance, this is the right place. (Although you can reach everywhere by bike thanks to the wonderfully developed cycle paths, a car is still recommended as Nieuwe Niedorp is quite rural and centrally located).
In the house, there are many books and games so that even in rainy and stormy weather, children won't get bored. In the village there is also a larger playground and a supermarket within walking distance.
With a dog, the off-season is definitely recommended, as most beaches only have a leash requirement from April to October.
We will definitely come back :)
