Description
The house has a nice cosy living room with sitting area , dining area and open kitchen. The newly renovated shower room with toilet is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One with a large double bed 2m - 2m, as well as a wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has 1 bed 2 - 0,90 m and a bunk bed 2m to o,90 m each. In total there are 5 sleeping accommodations.
There are enough cupboards for clothes etc. in the rooms and in the hallway.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, various electrical appliances, 12-piece service, pots, pans and cutlery. There is also a raclette, grill, etc. The washing machine is in the shed. A flat screen TV (you get all German programmes with the dish), radio/CD and internet, as well as various games are available.
There are 2 bicycles, a rowing boat with motor, surfboard, terrace furniture, sunshade and sunbeds.
The house has everything to make a beautiful, perfect holiday.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated on a lake of approx. 8 ha in the beautiful holiday park "De Rijd" in Nieuwe Niedorp.
The lake is perfect for fishing, swimming and boating. Boating on the lake is only allowed without a motor, but on the canals with a motor, of course. The house has a guarded parking lot with numbered reserved parking lot
Nieuwe Niedorp is a typical Dutch village. It has in approx. 2 km a shopping center. Aldi is about 1km away. In approx. 9 km you can reach the next bigger town Schagen. Within a radius of 3 km are several restaurants.
There are many beautiful places : Callantsoog, Schoorl, Bergen and Egmond, etc., situated on the North Sea. At the Ijsselmeer Medemblik, Hoorn,Enkhuizen Volendam etc. All of them can be reached in about 20 minutes and there are several large shopping centres and much more.
A golf course with 18 holes is about 3 km away. There is a public swimming pool right next to the park.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

House 6 is located in the left roundabout from the entrance and can be driven 15 km by car for loading and unloading. After that the numbered parking lot is to be used.
Dogs are allowed, but only on the ground floor. They have no business in the bedrooms or even in the beds.
Smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
Please don't leave any cushions outside at night.
Please leave the house tidy and tidy on departure.
The 10 Golden Rules of the VVE Vereniging van Eigenaren Buitenplaats "De Rijd" are available in the house and must be observed.

Wonderful time out!
For the third time, we were able to spend a wonderful break here with our dogs.
Fishing, boating, swimming, or just relaxing on the beautiful terrace.

idyllic holiday in the house by the lake
We felt completely at home in this holiday home. The terrace invited us to breakfast in the sunshine and the sun stayed until the evening, so that we could watch the sunset wonderfully. The possibility to swim in the water at any time was great and this ambience at the lake is really unique.
The landlady is very friendly and does everything to make you feel welcome.
The North Sea is not that far away, so you could always spend a day at the water and there is really a lot to see.
If our holiday destination should be Holland again, we would love to come back to this house, because it is really recommendable.

Idyllischer Urlaub am See
Unser Pärchenurlaub fing schon schön an, die Besitzerin hat das Häuschen liebevoll eingerichtet, es gab sogar frische Schnittblumen auf dem Wohnzimmertisch und etwas Süßes auf dem Kopfkissen. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten unsere Zeit hier sehr genießen. Die Ausstattung war absolut zufriedenstellend, genauso wie die Sauberkeit.
Für die Aktivitäten ist auch gesorgt, wir konnten jeden Tag schwimmen gehen, Boot fahren, angeln, zum Meer fahren oder Radtouren machen.
Wir können diese Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen, selbst würden wir auch jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Super Erholung vom Alltag
Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen , es ist eine super ausgestattet Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist , sehr geräumig.
Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und geben gerne Rat .
Es ist eine toll gelegenes Haus mit eigenen Boot

Danke für die nette Begrüßung in eurem Ferienhaus.
Ein sehr gepflegtes und voll ausgestattem Haus mit Blick auf den See . Gute Ausfiugsmöglichkeiten z.b Strand und Ijsselmeer ganz in der Nähe.Ein netter Ort zum entspannen und erholen ,waren schon häufiger hier und werden in Zukunft immer wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub
Hallo liebe Familie Coenen
Danke für die nette Begrüßung in eurem Ferienhaus. Unser Hund hat sich im Haus und in der Anlage richtig wohlgefühl . Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr erholt. Lieben dank auch für die vielen Tips und den guten Empfehlungen Strand Wanderwege und Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und weder euch weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil bei Netten Leuten
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern und zwei kleinen Hunden in dem sehr gepflegten Haus mit besonderen Ausblick auf den See dazu hatten wir einen super Bootsteg und ein Boot dazu sogar mit Motor eine Angel und Zubehör wurde auch gestellt die Besitzer sind sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich .Sie wohnen gleich zwei Häuser weiter Und waren für alles offen bei Fragen oder andere Wünsche konnte man mit ihnen sehr nett an einem Tisch sitzen und sich unterhalten.Einkaufszentrum wie Aldi gleich 1500 m um die Ecke die Ortschaft ist sehr sehr schön und es ist zum entspannen der perfekte Ort.
Für Angler freunde ein toller Platz direkt nach dem aufstehen die Route gleich in der Hand.
Hier werden wir nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.Warm Wasser und Heizung tadellos.
