Welcome to the holiday home Huisje aan het meer, located in Nieuwe Niedorp. This charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. In total, there is 70 square meters of living space, including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom + 1 extra toilet room.
The holiday home is equipped with a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Outside the house there is a jetty for the rowing boat and a swimming ladder because the lake is suitable for swimming. At 200 meters there is a public outdoor swimming pool, which is open in the summer season. In the parking lot, which is secured with cameras, a fixed spot is available for your car. There is also a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot. In the park you may park your car by the cottage for a maximum of 15 minutes to load and unload. Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture. Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The cozy living room has a TV for entertainment. There are also games available.
A washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience.
The bedrooms are provided with comfortable bedding and this is included in the price. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer. The house is non-smoking and offers a low-allergen environment for your comfort. The holiday home also offers wifi, so you can stay connected to the outside world. As an extra bonus, a boat and a SUP board are available for use, so you can enjoy the nearby lake.
The interior of the house is tastefully decorated with terra cotta tile floors, furniture, and curtains, which contribute to the cozy atmosphere. The architecture of the building is just as charming, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer you a beautiful view of the lake. The holiday home is located directly on the lake, the front faces a lawn, and the entire park is then surrounded by a forest. The house is located on a lake of approx. 8 ha in the beautiful holiday park "De Rijd" in Nieuwe Niedorp.
The lake is perfect for fishing, swimming, and boating. Boating on the lake is only allowed without a motor, but on the canals with a motor, of course. In the camera-secured parking lot, a fixed spot is available for your car. There is also a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.
Nieuwe Niedorp is a typical Dutch village. At approx. 2 km from the park there is a shopping center.
Within a radius of 3 km there are various restaurants. Nice shopping towns are Schagen (9 km) and Alkmaar (20 km).
There are many beautiful coastal towns: Callantsoog, Schoorl, Bergen, and Egmond, etc., are located on the North Sea. On the IJsselmeer: Medemblik, Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Volendam, etc. They can all be reached in about 20 minutes.
An 18-hole golf course is about 3 km away. There is a public swimming pool right next to the park, open during the season.

Overall a beautiful vacation!
We were in this little house for our summer vacation.
Our booking was made easily and friendly. Quick responses were given to inquiries. This already gave us a great and relaxed feeling before the vacation.
Upon arriving at the house, we were welcomed by a well-equipped, very clean house with everything we needed for the 11 days/nights as a group of three. Again, wonderful care was taken, and we were asked if everything was good, etc. There was no reason for us to note anything negative.
The location is super beautiful! As seen in the pictures, a "small" terrace with plenty of seating, cushions, a grill, a sun umbrella, and direct access to the water.
Also, the location of the entire facility is very good. There are good shopping options, great cities, and small places in the vicinity that can be quickly reached by car or bike. Even trips to the capital Amsterdam can be made quickly. In summary, we had a wonderful summer vacation in 2025 and would love to come back.

Hele vriendelijke en aardige verhuurders,bij vragen of problemen mag je ze altijd bellen zijn erg behulpzaam .
Ligging van het huisje is perfect.
Direct aan het water.
Heb het naar mijn zin gehad.

Un cadre idyllique pour cette maison de vacances.
Een idyllische locatie voor dit vakantiehuis.
Het huis is schoon, goed onderhouden en voorzien van moderne faciliteiten, waaronder een recent vernieuwd toilet en douche, en een mooie, volledig uitgeruste keuken.
De eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar en bereid om alle nodige informatie te geven.
Dit is de ideale plek voor rust en ontspanning in een uitzonderlijk stille omgeving.
Gemakkelijk bereikbaar en met een beveiligde parkeerplaats is dit vakantiehuis een waar toevluchtsoord.
Een plek waar je zeker naar terug wilt keren.
La maison est propre, bien entretenue, et équipée de matériel moderne, notamment des sanitaires et une douche récemment rénovés, ainsi qu’une belle cuisine entièrement équipée.
Le propriétaire est toujours joignable et disponible pour fournir toutes les informations nécessaires.

A beautiful bungalow, right by the lake.
We felt very comfortable in the small cute house. Very nice landlords, very helpful, very accommodating. We could go boating and the beautiful dune beach is 30 minutes from the house.
We would love to come again! Thank you for everything.
We are Jan and Ria and completely renovated this holiday home in 2024, regularly enjoying our stay by the water. We live just a half-hour drive away, but when we are here, we can swim, sail, stand-up paddleboard, cycle through the beautiful surroundings, and enjoy the peace of the park. We wish you the same pleasure during your stay in our waterfront home, and are happy to assist you.
