The parking lot right in front made unloading significantly easier. The Wi-Fi was stable enough for uninterrupted work calls. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the kitchen appliances reliably served their purpose. The location in the village meant quick access to bike paths and shopping options.

Ich habe über Hotels.com das Wirtlerhau Bichlbach gebucht. Gemäß Beschreibung sollten 2 Schlafzimmer existieren. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass nur 1 Schlafzimmer existiert und es eine Ausziehcouch im kombinierten Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche gibt. Eine Ausziehcouch stellt kein vollwertiges Bett und erst recht nicht ein zweites Schlafzimmer dar. Als wir angekommen sind, stand dort ein Schild, dass wir Appartment 12 hätten und der Schlüssel stecken würde. Die Haupt-Haustüre war jedoch verschlossen. Nachdem ich Herrn Wacker angerufen habe, hat er versichert, dass in den nächsten Minuten jemand kommen würde, um die Tür aufzuschließen. Im selben Haus ist auch das Polizeirevier. Nach 30 Minuten warten, erschien zufällig die Polizeistreife und hat uns netterweise reingelassen. Daraufhin erfolgte die Ernüchterung, dass das Appartment nicht den gebuchten Anforderungen entspricht. Beim erneuten Telefonat, wirkte Herr Wacker zwar betroffen, sah den Fehler aber nicht bei sich und konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Ich habe dann wenigstens noch um Bettzeug gebeten. Es wurde versichert, dass dies zeitnah geliefert würde. Auch hier wieder eine Negativerfahrung, da die Bettwäsche erst 5 Stunden später vor die Tür gelegt wurde und wir bereits am schlafen waren. Abschließend haben wir uns aufgrund der Umstände und der quälenden Nächte auf der Ausziehcouch entschieden vorzeitig auszuziehen und ein alternatives Gasthaus aufzusuchen. Auch wenn der Betreiber vielleicht dem Konkurrenzdruck erliegen mag und sein Appartment als eines mit 2 Schlafzimmern sieht, so bleibt es dennoch objektiv dabei, dass es sich um 1 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer handelt.

You can immediately feel that great importance is placed on comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Maria, the host, who made the stay even more enjoyable with her friendliness. She ensures with her accommodating manner that you feel welcome and well taken care of from the very beginning. Wonderful location, you can explore beautiful hiking trails and reach destinations directly on foot! All hiking trails are laid out from easy to difficult! It took about a leisurely 3 hours on foot to get to Heiterwanger See. A dreamlike landscape! The accommodation was clean, very inviting, quiet, and family-friendly! The hostess was incredibly nice! Very clean and tidy apartment. Well maintained. The owner was present at different times daily. You can grab your own towels and cleaning supplies, super organized. In the basement, there was a nice space for bicycles. Nice warm showers with a private boiler and plenty of space.
