Only 250 metres away from the fine sandy beach, you will find this
holiday flat for 2 persons, newly furnished and renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail.
It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and has a cosy living-winter garden with TV and a large window front. The huge sliding glass door, which opens half of the living area, gives access to the terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the good sea air. The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed with 2 mattresses
The separate kitchenette has 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more
The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed / 2 mattresses and the shower room has a window.
The flat has a separate entrance, there are only 3 steps to overcome. The private parking space is directly in front of the entrance door. The rooms can be darkened. A washing machine is available in the house.
In the large garden there is another seating area with a barbecue and a barbecue

Grömitz is one of the most popular and largest seaside resorts in Germany. The Baltic Sea spa on the sunny side is a paradise for all those who love the sea and is located on the northern edge of the Lübeck Bay, on the Wagrien peninsula. The fine sandy, gently sloping 8 km long beach, more than half of which is equipped with beach chairs in summer, invites you to take long walks and sunbathing. The spa promenade attracts visitors with a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops as well as the marina.

Great vacation, tastefully decorated accommodation.
The apartment is very well located, close to the Baltic Sea beach. Very quiet, clean and tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, beautiful terrace, very nice, helpful landlady.
We felt completely comfortable and can recommend it to everyone.
