Only 250 metres away from the fine sandy beach, you will find this
holiday flat for 2 persons, newly furnished and renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail.
It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and has a cosy living-winter garden with TV and a large window front. The huge sliding glass door, which opens half of the living area, gives access to the terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the good sea air. The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed with 2 mattresses
The separate kitchenette has 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more
The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed / 2 mattresses and the shower room has a window.
The flat has a separate entrance, there are only 3 steps to overcome. The private parking space is directly in front of the entrance door. The rooms can be darkened. A washing machine is available in the house.
In the large garden there is another seating area with a barbecue and a barbecue

Due to the ideal location of the house, you can explore Grömitz on foot. The wave, the spa gardens, the bakery and the centre can be reached in approx. 5 minutes and the marina is approx. 7 minutes away.
Grömitz is one of the most popular and largest seaside resorts in Germany. The Baltic Sea spa on the sunny side is a paradise for all those who love the sea and is located on the northern edge of the Lübeck Bay, on the Wagrien peninsula. The fine sandy, gently sloping 8 km long beach, more than half of which is equipped with beach chairs in summer, invites you to take long walks and sunbathing. The spa promenade attracts visitors with a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops as well as the marina.

Toller Urlaub, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft
Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am Ostseestrand. Sehr ruhig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, schöne Terrasse, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können es jeden empfehlen.
