Our well-kept holiday flat is located near the marina, in a very quiet and beautiful residential area - beach distance only 300 m.
It is 50 sqm in size, is located in an 8-family house,
on a very large property (approx. 1800 sqm) and offers space for 4 people. Our holiday flat has a separate entrance and terrace with electric awning.
You can enjoy the Grömitz sun on the terrace until the afternoon.
The furnishing is modern and cosy, the equipment is rich and good:
Electric grill, hairdryer, iron/board, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, DVD/CD player, egg and kettle, microwave, blender, bottle warmer, washing machine and dryer, many DVDs and books, etc.
We provide a small safe and WiFi free of charge.
The children's sleeping area can be separated from the bedroom by a folding door and has a window.
If you do not want to spend the night together in "one" bedroom,
you have the option of using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The floor is tiled throughout.
All windows are equipped with external roller blinds - in the living room with electric roller blinds.
Bed linen and towel package can be provided on request for a fee of 8,00 EURO/bed/person).
We can provide a children's travel cot and high chair free of charge if required.
A parking space is permanently assigned to the apartment directly on the property.
Smoking in our holiday flat and bringing pets is not permitted.

Our apartment is located near the marina, at the end of a dead-end street. It is 300 m to the beach. Grömitz is located on the northern edge of the Lübeck Bay - in Ostholstein - and has meanwhile developed into one of the largest Baltic Sea resorts. Numerous beach sports and wellness offers provide relaxation. The climbing garden on Lensterstrand, mini zoo, diving gondola, the beautiful surrounding countryside and much more are all aimed at explorers.
On the 3.5 km long beach promenade and in the pedestrian zone, many shops invite you to shop, and numerous restaurants and cafés cater for your physical well-being.

Negative events and treatment
When we moved into this apartment in the middle of our vacation for 3 weeks, we had fun and were happy. But over the course of the vacation, we were threatened by our neighbors, even though we only pointed out that we wanted to sleep at night because they were loud. Additionally, we pointed out that we were paying a lot of money, but that did not interest them, and they kept going into our garden, which no one wants when you just want peace. We were intimidated, and the landlord always just said, "Yes, that hasn't happened so far," well how could it when you are intimidated as a vacationer? Absolutely not recommended, and the service or treatment as a human being is absolutely inappropriate for a normal person.

Die abgegebene Bewertung von Pascal K. bezieht sich ausschließlich auf einen Konflikt mit anderen Feriengästen im Haus und enthät kein Wort über die sehr gute Qualität der Ferienwohnung.
Die Streitigkeiten habe ich in meiner Rolle als Vermieterin sehr Ernst genommen und mich sowohl mit der Eigentümerin als auch mit den Feriengästen nebenan in Verbindung gesetzt, in der Hoffnung auf beide Parteien deeskalierend einwirken zu können.
Seit 23 Jahren vermiete ich sehr erfolgreich an Feriengäste, darunter viele Stammgäste. Ich bin sehr bemüht den Urlaub in unserer Ferienwohnung zu einem schönen Erlebnis zu machen und finde es sehr schade, dass Pascal K. dies nicht hatte. Jedoch kann ich in meiner Rolle als Vermieterin nicht die Vermietungen der anderen Wohnung beeinflussen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
We spent our vacation with our 2 grandchildren. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Nothing was missing. We give it 5 stars.
