Our cozy cottage is located in DE TONG Park in the AQUADELTA holiday resort in BRUINISSE.
You will find a lovingly furnished living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen / dining area, sofa landscape, fireplace, and satellite TV.
There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed on the ground floor, the shower room, and access to the private garden with 2 terraces.
On the 1st floor, there is a master bedroom with a spacious double bed. On the upper floor, you will find a small guest toilet as well as the other two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 and 140x200).
For our little guests, we provide on site a travel cot, two high chairs with a practical click system, children's dishes, bottle brush, toilet seat, and a few children's books as well as toys and for safety, a stair gate in the living area. For lovely hours, we have some board and card games, and good books for you in the house.
The beautiful sunny garden has two terraces to enjoy the sun as long as possible. The main terrace adjacent to the living area also offers the possibility to sit outside during drizzly weather and wind, thanks to the roof and walls that can be added if needed.
Sand toys, balls, a beach shelter, and a fishing net are available for use.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the park De Tong in the Aquadelta in the beautiful fishing village Bruinisse.
A few metres from the park is a large golf course and the Grevelingenmeer marina. Here you can surf, dive and sail. Adjacent to the marina there is also a small beach.
In the quiet park De Tong you can relax and your children can explore the numerous playgrounds.
In addition, the centre of the Aquadelta is just a few minutes' walk away via a cycle path and footpath. Here you will find a small supermarket, a launderette, an indoor playground, an amusement arcade and a swimming pool (local price)
The centre of Bruinisse and the supermarket are 5 minutes away by car.
Bruinisse is well situated to explore the surroundings. In 12 km distance you will find the beautiful town of Zierikzee and in 30 minutes you will reach the wonderful North Sea beach and the town of Renesse
Goes can also be reached quickly.
The dyke and the numerous cycle paths and routes invite you to explore the island on a bicycle.

If the tenant cancels up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit of 20% will be retained, unless:
• The tenant provides a replacement tenant
• The landlord is able to rent out the property. Any costs incurred by the landlord, such as advertisements, must be reimbursed by the tenant.
In case of later cancellation, 80% of the agreed rental price must be paid.
The landlord may only withdraw in the event of late payment by the tenant.

Unrestrictedly recommendable - We will gladly come back again and again!
Thank you very much for allowing us to spend our holidays in this holiday home again. We always love to come back and feel completely comfortable and at home. The house is absolutely recommendable and certainly a jackpot at any time of the year. We especially appreciate the absolute peace in the Park de Tong.
We deducted a tiny point in terms of cleanliness because we don't bring any pets and therefore, from our point of view, a sofa made of artificial leather or leather would be more suitable. But as you can see in the pictures, we agreed to a fabric sofa, so everything is fine with that.
Those who, like us, have teenagers on board or have to work online should know that the internet can sometimes be difficult to receive. But for us, it's a challenge that we gladly accept so that the teens can engage in other activities. ;-)
Conclusion: We are 100% satisfied with the house and always love to come here. During our first visit, our expectations were greatly exceeded because the house is extremely well equipped (Sodastreamer, now even an Airfryer, and what the children are pleased about, many German games). Even if the weather god wasn't always on our side every year, you can have a great holiday in this house no matter the weather! :-)

Vielen Dank für Ihren tollen Kommentar. Und gute Nachrichten: Wir haben mittlerweile einen eigenen Internetzugang mit Wifi im Haus, also steht dem Surfen nichts mehr im Wege. Zudem ist das alte Sofa, welches Sie noch kannten ausgetauscht und Haustiere auch nicht erlaubt :)

Absolutely recommendable!
We had a wonderful short break! The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. There is even a water carbonator and a hot air fryer available. Also, so much crockery and glasses, which is really rare.
Every room was very clean, there's nothing to complain about. Only the location, it's a bit far to the North Sea beach, is not so optimal, but that's complaining on a high level.
We'll gladly come back :)

Cozy accommodation
In our 14-day vacation, we felt very comfortable in the house. There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 4). The equipment was very good, everything you need was available, including for children (stair guards, 2 high chairs, toys, small sandbox). We especially liked the covered terrace, where we could sit outside in any weather. The property is completely fenced, which was perfect for our children and dog. To the Bungalow Park: Everything is very well-kept and just around the corner there is also a small playground with a large bouncy castle. Within walking distance is also the Aquadelta Park (about 10 minutes), where you can find great activities for children: a playground, an indoor playground (free), a small supermarket, washing machine and dryer (prices are very high), mini-golf course, a small supermarket, restaurants, bike rental, and a small swimming pool. So you can also linger here in bad weather. Regarding the surroundings: Bruinisse is a small mussel village with a small harbor. On the left and right of the harbor, there are two small bays (where the beaches are located). We usually only stayed there for 1-2 hours to spend a whole day at the beach, and drove by car to Renesse or Burgh-Haamstede (approximately 25 minutes) for a full beach day. On the way to the port and the beaches, there are many sheep, which our children loved, so you could combine it with a nice walk. All in all, it was a great holiday in a beautiful environment. We can definitely recommend a holiday here, and the contact with the landlady was very nice, and all questions were always answered very quickly! Thank you :)

One feels welcome!
Friendly landlords, courteous staff at the park reception. Good location of the house (parking in sight). Welcoming upon first entry: we immediately felt welcome. Clean holiday home & new bathroom as well as good beds allowed us to enjoy the days as a couple. We will gladly come back :-)
