Our cozy holiday home is located in the quiet park De Tong, in the Aquadelta holiday complex.
The house is 74 sqm in size with 2 levels.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with double beds and one room with a French bed and a guest WC.
On the ground floor we have 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1x 1.80 m and 1x 1.40 m, a bathroom with WC and shower. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. A dining room and living room with a great view of the secluded, fenced garden, with terrace, grill, and sunbathing lawn.

Even though the house has 4 bedrooms, we only rent to up to 6 adults and 1 small child…
Your four-legged friends are very welcome with us.

The newly designed marina has a water playground, cafes overlooking the sea and a supermarket
In the sailing school Aquavitesse you can rent stand up paddles, canoes and boats.
Bruinisse is a small fishing village (approx. 10 min walk) where you can buy fresh fish and mussels.
The beautiful village centre is worth a visit, with a large supermarket, bakery, Metzer, nursery, hairdresser, doctors, restaurants, cafes, snack stall and many small shops it has a lot to offer.
At the Grevelinger beach you will find beautiful swimming bays and a surf and diving school.
Zeeland lies on the peninsula Schouwen - Duiveland ..
With beautiful historical cities like Zierikzee, Domburg, Renesse, Middelburg. The cosy Outlet-Center in Roosendaal is only 30 minutes away by car.
To the big sandy beaches Renesse and Scharendijke (our favourite, free parking on the beach is about 15 minutes by car).

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: Up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged in the event of a cancellation. 30 - 23 days: 20% 22 - 16 days: 25% 15 - 8 days: 30% 7 days: 50% 6 - 2 days: 75% A cancellation one day before the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You must arrange this personally.

Holiday home

My daughter, our dog, and I spent 5 relaxing days in this house. The house was super clean and the amenities were good. The fenced garden was also very practical for our dog. The contact with the landlord was very straightforward. I can recommend this house 100%. Thank you very much and best regards.

Wonderful

We had a very nice 14 days in the holiday home Mariechen.
The house was very clean and had good amenities.
A great children's playground with a table tennis table, basketball and soccer goals, and awesome air cushions is directly accessible through the garden gate. The beach can also be reached on foot very quickly.
The back part and the rear side of the beach are also well suited for dogs.
Ms. Spang is a very nice landlord and quickly responded to any questions. Thank you very much for the lovely vacation.

Very nice and well-maintained house?

Lovely holiday cottage at a fair price!

Our evaluation starts with the booking:
Mrs. Spang is a very nice landlady who responded quickly to our request.
The communication went smoothly.
The key handover on site was also problem-free.
The cottage is equipped with everything a family could wish for to self-cater well.
The garden is completely adequate and especially with the gate directly to the adjacent playground, it's a dream for children! The facility itself makes a well-kept impression and the proximity to Aquadelta Park (about a 5-minute walk) is another plus. The location is excellent for families who, like us, enjoy sightseeing tours around the beautiful island where there is much to discover! All in all, we can recommend the cottage with a clear conscience!

Mehr als zufrieden mit dem Haus

The house has a great location, right behind a playground, so perfect for the kids. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach at the harbor, and you can quickly reach the center of Aqua Delta Park. The house has a beautiful kitchen with a large fridge, perfect for a large family for self-catering. The bathroom with the shower is very well maintained and spacious. The living and dining room is really cozy, and the four bedrooms are just great! We slept comfortably and were able to relax. The house is equipped with everything you need, and even the dog was happy in the fenced garden. We couldn't have gotten a better house. And the best part is that the landlady handled everything super quickly and to the fullest satisfaction. All questions were answered promptly! Completely satisfied and would love to come back anytime!
