Description
We rent out our cosy private holiday home in Zuid-Holland / Zeeland, Schouwen-Duiveland peninsula on the Grevelingen Sea in the child-friendly holiday park Aquadelta, De Tong.
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house (smoking is of course allowed on the terrace) and is not rented to youth groups.
1 pet is allowed.
The holiday home is/was constantly renovated by us as the owner, ideal for 5 persons.
Very comfortable house with good equipment is. It has 3 bedrooms.
1 bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed. On the upper floor one room with a double bed and an additional room with a large dormer window with 2 single beds which can also be pushed together.
Guest WC on the upper floor and a bathroom with a large shower and WC on the ground floor. A cosy living and dining area with fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, mini oven, dishes etc.
Bed linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper and towels have to be brought by the tenant himself!
In the garden there is a barbecue and of course garden chairs, garden table and sun protection. For small trips there are also 2 roadworthy bikes in the shed
In the park you will find many leisure facilities such as bowling, tennis, mini-golf, playgrounds, indoor playground, billiards, table football, slot machines, small indoor swimming pool with slide, squash hall, bicycle rental.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, fish stalls at the fishing port and much more is within walking distance.
A large marina with a small sandy beach, surfing, sailing and diving school is in the immediate vicinity. Along the Greverlingendamm there are beautiful, extensive cycle paths with natural beaches and sunbathing areas.
The tourist tax per person per night is already included in the price.
In addition 50,- € for the final cleaning! plus 20 Euro per week for a pet.
The rental period is always from Saturday to Saturday. Take over of the house on Saturday from 16 o'clock at the reception of the holiday park de Tong. Departure then also always Saturday until 11 o'clock. (Special requests can be negotiated separately). Please note the additional current information about Covid 19 on the picture of the current occupancy plan.
On arrival an additional 12,- € must be paid in cash to the property management (reception). This includes key service and scan card for parking.

The Greveling is a former sea inlet that is closed off from the North Sea by the Brouwers Dam and on the east side, towards the Oosterschelde, by the Grevelingendam. For shipping, a lock was built at Bruinisse on the Oosterschelde. Because it was shielded from the tides, it is called the Grevelingenmeer in Dutch - in English: the Grevelingen lake. Here you will find many nice cycle and walking paths with countless places to sit and watch flora and fauna as well as the busy shipping traffic. The main beach "Grevelingen Strand" is about six kilometres away from the holiday home and is easily accessible by bike and car
The fishing village of Bruinisse is situated in the extreme east of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland and can be reached in a few minutes. The village lies between Rotterdam and Vlissingen and is known for its mussel farming. Here you can stroll a little, do your shopping and stop for a bite to eat in one of the restaurants.

Our tips for the most beautiful beaches on the island:
Although there are many beautiful beaches on the island and everyone who has been here will have their own favourites. However, we wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to share our experience of the sandy beaches at Schowen Duiveland with you.
From Bruinisse it takes about 20 - 25 minutes (depending on traffic) to the bay of Ellemeet.
You simply follow the main road N 59 and then turn right to "Rotterdam".
At the bay of Ellemeet you have 2 options for your vehicle
to turn it off. Either you drive on the Paralelstrasse to
Main road, then you will reach a large free
Car park with direct access to the beach. This offer
unfortunately many holidaymakers accept, and therefore the beach is here
very well attended.
However, you can also turn into the ramp way. Here the
Parking about 1,20 per hour (8 Euro for the day).
Here you only walk over a sand dune directly to the beach.
This part of the beach is much less frequented.
Both beaches have a beach bar with toilets.
To the beautiful, mostly not much visited, beaches of "New Haamstede" they drive about 30 minutes.
You drive always direction Nieuw Haamstede, turn right into Badweg and then left into Strandweg.
Here you have 3 times the possibility to get over the dunes to the beach. You can park your car here in the (paid) parking lots along the beach path. We always prefer the middle beach section. With a walk of about 15 minutes (about 1 km) this beach section can only be reached on foot or by bicycle. But the way is worth it, because here you will find a very nice beach with few visitors.
Nevertheless, a beach bar can be reached on foot along the beach in 1 km distance (left side).
The beach bar belongs to the front part of the beach which is much more crowded due to the shorter way through the dunes. Who likes it rather quiet is very well advised with the "Middenpad".

Beautiful vacation - Top we will come back!
We were allowed to rent this beautiful holiday home for the second time now - and we enjoyed our vacation very much. The location (within walking distance to the beach, with the bike to fish kiosk, bakery, supermarket, etc.) and also the equipment leave nothing to be desired. The landlords have simply thought of everything. We even adopted some ideas for our home.
Short distances to great excursion possibilities on the island.
We enjoyed the tranquility very much, the children enjoyed the spacious grounds with playgrounds, soccer field and table tennis tables.
Even before departure, there was only one topic: When will we come back?

That's the way to do it!
We decided to look for something for the autumn holidays. We knew the park "de Tong" from before. House 78 was a real stroke of luck. It was not only well equipped, but also modern. Bathroom tiled in a modern style, toilet too, laminate flooring instead of tiles in the living room, great kitchen.
Even little things like orientation lights with motion detectors make the holiday pleasant. Thanks to the guest bikes, we didn't have to take so many with us (there are five of us) and were able to use them not only for shopping but also for excursions. Everything is really in good shape. Highly recommended (just not so loud, so we can come back again). The landlords are also super nice. From the first contact when we enquired to a postcard on our return to having had a lovely holiday.

Unsere Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, besonderst das der Garten zu war. So ist es bei uns zuhause auch und da liegen sie auch gerne draußen. Außerdem haben beide gelernt, das Kaninchen Freunde sind und kein Futter :-)
Wahnsinn wie die Kaninchen da abends im Park und am Strand rumhoppeln.

Die weite Anreise aus dem Erzgebirge hat sich gelohnt
Sehr schönes Haus mit überdachter Terrasse und sonnigen Garten.
Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Küche, TV, WLAN, Kamin, gemütliche
Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie Bad und 2 x WC.
Sehr hilfreich für Unternehmungen war für uns die informative und liebevoll
angelegte Informationsmappe.
In der Umgebung sind mehrere gepflegte Parkanlagen für erholsame Spaziergänge.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch der Strände von „New Haamstede“.
Die Gästefahrräder ermöglichten uns schöne Radtouren und sicherten uns
die schnelle Besorgung der Frühstücksbrötchen.
Beim abendlichen Grillen konnten wir die ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses genießen.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Es ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Kaminofen, Grill, Fahrräder, schöne Terrasse ......
Die Lage des Parkes ist ideal zum Wandern und zum Radfahren. Schöne kleine
Städte in der Umgebung mit guten Lokalen zum einkehren mit Getränken und leckerem Essen.
Was will man mehr ? Es war ein schöner entspannender, erholsamer Urlaub mit gutem Wetter.

Neu ist die Terassenüberdachung. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Haus in Punkto Ausstattung besonders empfehlen.

Ferienhaus und Kontakt
Das Ferienhaus hat eine Tolle Lage und ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Matratzen der Betten sind hervoragend und man kann darin super Schlafen. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, uns fehlte nichts. Im Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer Mappe alle Information die man benötigt.
Besonders Heraus zu heben ist der besonders hilfreiche und freundliche Kontakt. Gerne werden wir das Haus nochmal mieten.

Einfach ein Top Haus mit Super Ausstattung
Ich war mit meiner Freundin über Silvester in diesem Haus Gast. Ich kann nur sagen: Das Haus ist Top ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Bad mit der Regendusche ist ein Traum. Und die Lage war für uns optimal. Nahe zum kleinen Sandstrand. Und auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut zu erreichen. Ruhig Ferienanlage mit viel Platz. Keine dicht gedrängten Häuser. Sehr viel grün optimal für schöne Spaziergänge. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen sicher wieder. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war super nett.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben ein paar Tage dort verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der Mietpreis ist absolut top. Wir waren schon öfters in anderen Häusern im Aquadelta Park. Der Park ist einfach super. Sehr ruhig und viele Angebote für Familien mit Kindern. Wir werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Top Ausstattung
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gepflegt und besticht durch eine sehr Gute Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Zusätzlich kostenloses schnelles WLAN.
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit großem Garten und kostenlosen Fahrrädern. Eine schöne Terrasse obendrein. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great equipped house!!
Super accommodation with everything you need (even 3 bikes available for free, terrace with seating and parasol, charging stations for all kinds of smartphones, fenced garden for dog lovers, large park with football and basketball field, TV, etc.). One point deduction for the beach but the house is great and extensively equipped.

Schönstes Ferienhaus indem wir je waren!
Wir waren zu dritt im Ferienhaus + Hund. Es hat uns allen sehr gefallen und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren echt positiv überrascht, dass es sogar eine Spülmaschine und Gesellschaftsspiele gab. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die sehr ausführliche Infomappe zum Haus, sodass die Anfahrt und die Strandauswahl kein Problem waren.

Best holiday home on the entire complex
As we have been to Holland (Zeeland) many times before, we always got to know new holiday homes..
The last few years we were always drawn to the beautiful Aquadelta Park (right next to Bruinisse) where we discovered the beautiful holiday home in the de Tong area
The house offers everything you need in Holland, not even a bicycle has to be rented extra, as there are three bikes in the shed. Everything is very clean and also very new. Even on rainy days in Holland, it's good to stay in the little house with the Smart TV, where you can easily log on to Netflix or other streaming platforms. Of course, you don't have to bring a barbecue, as there is a top grill on site. (Barbecue utensils are all available)
There is even a new dishwasher that is ready within 30 minutes.
Our personal highlight was the speed of the free wifi, which has not been available everywhere on the peninsula in recent years.
Our absolute recommendation is to read the owner's little book, as it contains some really good tips on beaches and restaurants!
All in all, the holiday home was a real stroke of luck and we can only recommend it to everyone. My girlfriend and I have certainly not stayed in this cute little house for the last time.

Super nice accommodation in great amosphere and location
It was my first time in Holland and definitely not the last, especially the beautiful accommodation had everything your heart desires and is built in a very typical Dutch way
Very cute, great service and very clean
We had a great stay and the hosts go to great lengths to make you feel right at home. The place reminded me of a health resort, great scenery, nice area- also the supermarket and the harbour are easy to reach on foot or by bike. I would love to come back!

Superschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht
Wir waren im August 2021 im Haus. Die Austattung des Hauses ist wirklich TOP. Alle drin was man braucht. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Park einfach Spitze. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen. Fahrräder stehen im Haus ebenfalls zur Verfügung wie auch kostenfreies schnelles WLAN. Kurz gesagt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Beautiful house with super facilities
We were very satisfied with this beautiful holiday home. Large garden with dog fence. Free fast wifi. Interior with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Even the bikes in the garden house could be used. All in all, the house simply deserves 5 stars. 400 metres to the beach. Quiet holiday complex and yet not far from the centre of the resort of Bruinisse for shopping and activities. Very nice contact with the owners.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft , alles da !
Ich kann nur sehr positiv von der Unterkunft und vor allem von der Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sprechen . Wir haben vorher , während des Aufenthalts und auch am Tag der Rückreise super WhatsApp Kontakt gehalten und wurden über alles auf dem laufenden gehalten . Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort und hatten genug Platz um die Zeit zu geniessen.Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und auch sauber . Die Terrasse und der Garten sind schön , konnten aber aufgrund des Wetters nur einmal intensiv genutzt werden . Ein schöner Grill steht zur Verfügung . Die 3 Fahrräder im Schuppen , die zur Verfügung stehen, haben meine Tochter und ich in den Sonnenstunden sehr geschätzt und genutzt. Der Park der Tong ist sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben . Abends gab es Mal einen Abstecher in den Aquadelta Park nebenan, wo man sich gut beschäftigen konnte. Die Strandabschnitte fussläufig zu erreichen und völlig ausreichend . Und zum Radeln super Radwege . Einkaufsmöglichkeite n sind schnell mit dem Rad oder Auto zu erreichen .Alles super gelaufen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder .Lieben Gruss aus Gelsenkirchen von B.K.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung
Ein wirklich süßes Ferienhaus, das ich jedem empfehlen kann. Hat eine super tolle Ausstattung und viele kleine Extras, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenfalls sehr Hunde- und Kinderfreundlich, durch viele Spiele die hier genutzt werden konnten. Auch die Grundausstattung hat in ganzer Linie gepunktet und war für fünf Personen perfekt. Die Gastgeber des Hauses sind zudem wirklich freundlich und verständnisvoll. Immer eine Reise wert!

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub
Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in einer parkähnlich angelegten Ferienpark. Zwei große Kinderspielplätze, Treffpunkt für alle Kinder in jeglichem Alter.
Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur circa 10 Minuten, leicht abfallend und daher auch super für Nichtschwimmer geeignet.
Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen, alles, und noch viel mehr, was man benötigt. Vom Fahrrad mit Kindersitz, über einen Grill, WLAN, Kaffeemaschinen, ….
Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Top Ausstattung
Hallo, wir waren im Juni 2021 hier im Haus. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der große Garten, die Innenausstattung und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren echt TOP.
Die Lage 400 Meter vom Strand und auch die Anbeindung zum Parkzentrum war sehr gut. Generell ist dieser Park besonders für Kinder und auch für Hundebesitzer wunderbar geeignet.
Wir kommen wieder. :-)

Bin in diesem Haus schon zum 2. mal im Urlaub
Wie schon im letzten Jahr, war auch diese Woche wieder sehr schön in diesem hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Lage auch mit Hund ist optimal und der übergroße Garten mit Hundezaun ist ideal für die Vierbeiner. Alles in allem wieder ein gelungener Urlaub Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Gelegeneheit vielleicht nochmal in diesem Jahr. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders das kostenfreie schnelle W-LAN wird immer gerne genutzt.:-)

Echt sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren im September 2020 hier uim Urlaub. Sehr gut geignet auch mit Hund. Wir kennen einige Häuser in dieser Gegend. Dieses Haus ist aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und persönlich gepflegt. Die Innenaustattung ist Top. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Das eigene W LAN im Haus ist wirklich sehr schnell. Denn das WLAN im Park selbst war sonst immer ein Reinfall. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstes empfehlen. Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist sehr schön ruhig ohne dabei aber weit weg von allen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten zu sein. Das gefällt uns sehr gut. Hundezaun im super großen Garten. Gute Fahrräder die man kostenfrei benutzen kann. Große Terasse mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Wir kommen wieder :-)

Bungalowpark de Tong 78 - Bruinisse
Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Ferienhaus.
Ruhige Lage ohne Verkehr, Autos können auf einem Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe nur 1 Min entfernt abgestellt werden.
Garten mit allem was man braucht, um auch ein Tag am Ferienhaus zu verbringen.
Es ist alles da was man benötigt um den Urlaub genießen.
Unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die nähere Umgebung mit Fahrrad, Auto oder zu Fuß an den Hafen und zum kleinen Strand.
Ausflüge nach Zierikzee, und Brouwershaven sind sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein.
Schöne Sandstrände und gutes Essen was will man mehr.
Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, optimal für Familien
Wir waren in dem Ferienhaus 1 Woche mit 2 Kindern (2 + 5,5 Jahre). Die beiden kleinen Strände sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar u d optimal für Kinder. Strand sehr flach abfallend und daher top zum Spielen auch für Kinder im jüngeren Alter. Strände an der Ostsee sind in ca. 25 - 30 Minuten erreichbar mit dem Auto wenn man es möchte.
Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet, die Grillabende und Frühstück auf der schönen nicht einsehbaren Terrasse waren gesichert :). Das Haus wurde sauber übergeben und seine Koffer konnten direkt am Haus ausgeladen werden.
Auf dem Gelände befinden sich mehrere Spielplätze (inkl. aufblasbarem Luftsack zum Springen) und ist durch den Park sehr schön angelegt.
Zum größeren Einlauf bedarf es aber ein Auto, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.b. Aldi) sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Einfach Spitze!!

6 Tage mit Freunden
Also das Haus ist super sauber und die Austattung Top. Grosser Garten.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war genauso unkompliziert wie die Hausübernahme und die Buchung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit vielen kleinen Details. Für uns war das kostenlose WLan sehr toll. Schnell im Netz unterwegs. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weierempfehlen.
Zu den schönen großen Sandstränden fährt man gerade mal 20 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Und in 450 Meter erreicht man auch einen kleinen Strand weniger zum schwimmen aber Abkühlung oder Abends den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen war schön.

Reise mit den Enkelkindern
wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub - im Ferienhaus haben wir nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten vermisst. Für unsere Enkelkinder war der Strand hervorragend - zum Schwimmen aber weniger geeignet.
Wer die Ruhe liebt kommt hier voll und ganz auf seine Kosten.
