In the newly renovated holiday apartment Residence Juliana 74 with maritime flair you can feel at home from the very first moment. It is located on the ground floor of the residential complex and is lovingly furnished for a maximum of four people. Enjoy the idyllic view of the canal from the terrace, which is ideally oriented to the southwest. It is mostly covered, so you can sit there almost any moment of the day. The living room is wonderfully flooded with light through the 2 double sliding doors. Relax on the cosy sitting area with armchair and enjoy the view of the light play of the water. A large flat screen with German TV programmes is also available
The modern sitting area and the large dining table offer enough space for 4 persons. The open kitchen is equipped with many amenities such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and Senseo, milk frother, kettle, microwave, stove and a fridge with freezer compartment
Sleep restfully in the two bedrooms with new comfortable boxspring beds and blackout curtains. One room has a 180x200 double bed and the other has 2 separate 90x200 beds. Both rooms offer enough cupboard space for your holiday wardrobe. The luxurious newly renovated bathroom offers you a great room layout and among other things underfloor heating and a floor deep shower. The apartment has Wi-Fi. Your pet is very welcome

The apartment is located in a quiet area directly behind the dunes. In a few walking minutes you are at the beautiful North Sea beach. Here are 2 cozy beach pavilions. One of them is open 365 days a year
In the surrounding area there are many leisure possibilities from high ropes course, golf or mini golf over swimming pool in Den Heldern, cosy small towns like Alkmar, Bergen and Schagen and the excursion possibility to Amsterdam or to the island Texel. The beautiful nature can be explored on great bicycle and canoe tours. There is a bicycle rental nearby. In spring Julianadorp lies in the middle of colourful flower fields.

Die Ferienwohnung Residenz 74 in Julianadorp aan Zee lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die FeWo ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Badezimmer modern renoviert.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist hochwertig, vielfältig und reichlich.
Es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man braucht und das Herz begehrt.
Die Lage ist bestens, sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick aufs Wasser.
Ebenerdige Terasse mit schönen Gartenmöbeln.
Nummerierter PKW Stellplatz und Fahrrad Abstellplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Der tolle Strand ist in 1 km erreicht.
Tolle Fahrrad Wege für wunderschöne Fahrradtouren mitten durch die Dünenlandschaft, sehr viele Möglichkeiten.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles bestens!!
Wir verlebten eine erholsame Woche in dieser ruhigen und überaus gemütlichen Wohnung. Wenn auch wetterbedingt die Terrasse noch nicht nutzbar war - der Ausblick auf die Gracht durch die großen Fenster hat uns entschädigt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten. Wir plus Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wohnung top, Vermietungsbüro flop
Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll ausgestattet. Leider ist der Service des örtlichen Vermietungsbüros sehr schlecht. Trotz mehrmaliger höflicher Aufforderung per Mail uns die Kaution lt. Vereinbarung zurückzuzahlen und auch auf mehrfache telefonische Nachfrage hin, haben wir die Kaution bis heute nicht zurück erhalten. Die Wohnung wurde von uns in einwandfreiem Zustand verlassen .

total schöne Ferienwohnung
An der Wohnung ist nichts auszusetzen. Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlt.
Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht.
Die Vermieter sind lieb und freundlich.
Sowohl Strand, als auch Fahrradverleih sind innerhalb von Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Ausblick von der Terasse ist echt schön.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
- nette, sehr bemühte Vermieter
- top ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung
- für Familien aber auch Paare geeignet
- Der Strand ist nur zwei, drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
- Sonnenuntergänge lassen sich aber auch auf der Terrasse genießen
- ein Fahrradverleih ist nicht weit, sodass man vor Ort das Auto stehen lassen kann

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage in der Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es wurde an alles gedacht.
Die Lage ist auch super. Wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, auch der Supermarkt ist nicht weit weg.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alle Fragen die wir im Vorfeld hatten konnten super schnell für uns geklärt werden.
