An exclusive facility full of tranquillity and comfort.
The Residence Juliana is situated directly on the dunes and the beach entrance Zandlooper.
The balcony of our offers you a view of the dunes and the beach entrance. Footpath there approx. 400 m. In the area of our residence there are four semicircular buildings. The whole complex radiates peace and care. The 4 buildings are separated by water (slooten), so that each building represents its own housing unit. On the water you can see swans, ducks and other aquatic animals which can be seen from the window of your app. No. 37 are to be seen all around. The sight you want to enjoy but please do not feed.

Leider insgesamt enttäuschend
Die Wohnung an sich ist schön gelegen, der Rest war aber leider eine große Enttäuschung. Zunächst gab es Unstimmigkeiten bzgl. des Preises, die nicht durch die Vermietung aufgeklärt wurden. Diverse E-Mails blieben monatelang unbeantwortet. Als wir den Urlaub absagen wollten meldete sich die Vermietung plötzlich dann doch und wir konnten unseren Urlaub antreten (wobei die Preisdifferenz weiterhin ungeklärt blieb). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach nicht ansatzweise der Beschreibung ("luxuriöse Ausstattung" ist das definitiv nicht!). Unsere Kaution haben wir auch rund einen Monat nach unserem Urlaub trotz schriftlicher Zusage nicht zurückerhalten. Unsere E-Mails werden weiterhin ignoriert. Extrem ärgerlich alles, denn die Lage der Wohnung und auch der Ort Julianadorp ist absolut empfehlenswert. So kann man aber nur davon abraten, hierüber zu buchen!
