The quiet non-smoking ground floor apartment is located in the beautiful Residence Juliana complex and offers space for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment includes its own parking space. From the partially covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the dune landscape and can enjoy the sun there until the evening.
The wonderful wide beach is approx. 400 away. The apartment is cozy. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, a recliner, and a flat-screen TV with satellite TV (with all common German channels) and is fully tiled. From the living room you can access the terrace through a large sliding door.
The dining area is integrated into the living room. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Senso coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, a mini oven, and is fully equipped with the necessary dishes and cutlery.
The apartment has two bedrooms with laminate floors. The first is furnished with a comfortable double bed with box spring mattresses. The second has two single beds and a separate access to the terrace. The newly renovated modern bathroom features, in addition to the classic built-in furniture, a large walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
Of course, there is a powerful Wi-Fi, which is available exclusively for the apartment, and central heating.
