This house is right opposite the harbour, from where you can also book round trips by boat.
There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity (10m). There are shops within a radius of 100m. At the harbour there is a beach (free of charge) about 50m away with a thermal bath (entrance fee about 1250 HUF). There are also several restaurants where you can eat and drink cheaply.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, well-kept place. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful modern holiday apartment
Great, clean vacation apartment with modern furnishings! The apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life and has a nice, large balcony with seating. There is a large, modern pool area for everyone. The landlord was friendly, accessible, and very uncomplicated! We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely come back!

Super beautiful vacation apartment by the water.
The apartment has everything you need for a nice holiday. Particularly the interior design is lovingly crafted. It was a great vacation. We will definitely come back.

Top location in a modern and chic holiday resort
The holiday apartment is located in a modern enclosed holiday complex, and the parking spaces and garages are also part of the property - I especially liked that. The location is great, right at the entrance to the beach promenade, beach, restaurants, cafes, ice bar, and many smaller stalls are within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped, the cleanliness was okay, although the double bed was not sleepable, the mattresses and boards underneath are a disaster. Luckily, the other two beds were top-notch. The view from the balcony directly to Lake Balaton and the harbor is also worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the pool was not usable in that one week because there was a breakdown - that's a shame. The landlord is always available if there are any problems. All in all, recommended.

Bedanke mich für Ihre gute Bewertung. Jedoch eines verstehe ich nicht .Das Doppelbett soll nicht beschlafbar sein. Ich habe noch nie darüber Beschwerden gehabt. Auch Gäste, die zur Zeit in dieser Wohnung sind, wurden von mir befragt. Keinerlei Beanstandung. So ist halt jeder Körper anders. Daher gibt es auch zig verschiedene Matratzen für jeden Schlaftyp.
