The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bodstedter Bodden in a quiet location with an area of approx. 450 m². The house has 1 bicycle shed (6 bicycles available) and parking space. The access road ends after approx. 50 m and therefore there is no through traffic.
Suitable for children to play. To the Baltic Sea (Darß) about 10 min by car and about 30 min by bike. On the cycle path, which is only a few metres away from the house, you can make interesting tours to the Baltic Sea or around the Bodden with the Baltic Sea (Zingst and Prerow) and Barth.
From the small harbour in Bodstedt (approx. 15 min walk) you can take the ferry to the Darß.
In Barth (approx. 3 km) you can do all your shopping.
Rostock and Strahlsund can be reached by car in a short time.

There are good places to stop for refreshments in Bodstedt (harbour), Barth, Zingst and Preow.
A special natural spectacle are the cranes migrating and resting in spring and autumn. Over 60,000 cranes have been counted.

Beautiful holiday home in a good location.
We spent two very nice weeks in this great wooden house in Bodstedt. It's about a 30-minute bike ride to the beach in Zingst, or you can take the ferry from Bodstedt to Born and Prerow and back.
If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. You can eat very well at the "Boddenstübchen" and at the small restaurant at the harbor.
There is also a small butcher shop and a village store towards Fuhlendorf with high-quality products. Even if the selection is smaller than in the supermarket, it's definitely worth stopping by.
Mr. Horn is a very nice landlord, as is the property manager Simeon, who stopped by from time to time to ask if "everything is alright".
We recommend this house 100%. The only tiny flaw is the missing freezer, but otherwise everything is tip-top!
And at Wollis Cafe&Bar you can enjoy delicious whiskey and flammkuchen. You can also do your laundry for a small fee.
