Description
The small Finca lies very quietly as end property of a small private road within walking distance a few meters of Santanyi.
It has a beautiful Mediterranean garden and with many shade places, outdoor shower around the pool.
The house has a large entrance area with a modern very well equipped kitchen.
from here it goes to the bathroom and the lower large bedroom. An extra door as a separate exit to the pool + garden is available for 4 people. A narrow staircase leads from the entrance to the gallery. There is the 2nd bedroom with an exit to a 22qm terrace. All 2 bedrooms have very good air conditioning. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets, the 3 doors with pleated sliding doors. In the whole house is Wlan, flat screen TV, as well as a satellite TV connection. Under the covered terrace there is a gas grill and there is outside light.
The pool has generous dimensions of 4 x 10 meters and many loungers to relax. All around terraces without views from outside.
For the winter there is a very warming fireplace from Scandinavia and for the bedrooms air conditioners with heating function.
On the 200 sqm property there is a carport or other shady places to park the car.

To Cala Figuera 4km (beautiful by the sea) with many delicious bistros and restaurants. Pleasant location for a quiet and romantic night out. Location: Nature rock bay without car traffic. dream view!
To Cala Llombards 5 km
After nature reserve Mondrago km. From the car park you can walk to 3 beaches in a row.
To Cala des Moro and SÁlmunia 5 km
To the most southern point, the lighthouse about 10 km, beautiful running track at the sea with view on Cabrera.
The same direction and a few km further you reach Es Trenc, the 8km long sandy beach with turquoise blue sea and much more.

Beautiful time
The finca is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a large garden with beautiful trees and is very well equipped. The pool is nice and big and not visible from outside. The gas grill served us well; we spent many relaxed evenings with Mediterranean delicacies on the covered terrace and felt very comfortable. The landlady is very warm-hearted and takes care of everything excellently. Dear Evelyn, we really enjoyed our time in your delightful finca and would love to come back soon!

A dream
We have been here many times and only now are we getting around to sharing with others. It is a beautiful property, a large varied garden with the most beautiful plants, very quietly located, close to Santanyi, which you can reach on foot. There are great restaurants, a nice weekly market and a special, relaxing atmosphere. But back to the finca. You drive through a large gate and enter a roundabout, with a great old olive tree in the middle. There is a covered terrace and another large terrace in front of it. The view from there to the pool, which is really big, is fantastic. We swam many laps in the pool every day, which is very easy because of its size. The house is comfortably furnished and we always feel happy to be here. Nothing is missing. Neither in the furnishings themselves, nor in the quality. You can sleep perfectly in the beds. Everything is very spacious and open. Simply beautiful. We are very satisfied. The landlady is extremely lovely and does everything perfectly. We have been satisfied all round for many years. A relaxing time. The beach is also within easy reach. Highly recommended if you need peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can be everywhere quickly for eating out, shopping or lying on the beach. We know other accommodations, because friends are always there at the same time, but none is like this finca, with garden and pool. We will always come back.

An oasis of relaxation..
The two of us spent ten days in this cosy finca in August.
The house is cosy and equipped with everything you could need. Despite the heat in the high season, we could ventilate very well and sleep restfully thanks to the air conditioning. The bathroom is nice and big and has a glass shower wall
The location is quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac and not far from beautiful Santanyi.
The garden is a dream! Huge and beautifully landscaped. The delicious figs were great. But you can also find lemons, pomegranates..
The absolute highlight is the pool! It is very big and not visible.
The only real drawback were the mosquitoes. Extremely small and hungry. But you are safe from them in the house, there are mosquito screens and sliding doors everywhere. There are additional mosquito nets over the beds - but we didn't need them. We did not notice any annoying wasps. At most, they drank sporadically at the edge of the pool and disappeared again immediately.
My personal, almost daily moment of happiness as an early riser: to see the distant sea and the sunrise from the balcony at 7 a.m. in total silence, then to drift in the pool and observe the great nature (a hoopoe on the palm tree, a flock of red-legged partridges in the flower beds...).
Our conclusion: It was wonderful and very relaxing. We would like to come back again

Great finca in a super location!
We spent our family summer holiday in Mrs Sager's finca. Both the children (2, 8, 13 years) and we parents felt very comfortable.
The property is in a great location, at the end of a small road. Absolutely not visible, surrounded by fields. It offers a great, large pool, natural stone floor, a covered terrace area with gas barbecue.
There were mosquitoes, crickets and wasps - but hey, that's nature. If you can't cope with that, you shouldn't book a holiday in a finca in a secluded location, surrounded by fields. They are better off in a sterile hotel room ;-)
The finca and the grounds were clean. The house is beautifully furnished in a Mediterranean style. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. Even spices were available. Coffee pods for the Nespresso machine as well. As a welcome gift, there was fresh fruit, wine and coke. We were very happy about that!
We always had to use the air conditioners towards the evening, as we had between 35-40 degrees every day during the 11 days. Both units worked perfectly and cooled down well. So sleeping was no problem even with the high outside temperatures
The location is great as described. It is about 800m to the centre of the beautiful town of Santanyi. Here you can visit the weekly market on Wednesday and Friday. The coast of Cala Figuera is about 5 km away. The beautiful beaches s'Amarador, Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc can be reached by car in 10-25 minutes. Palma (also the airport) is about 40 minutes away.
The communication with Mrs. Sager and the housekeeping team on site was cordial, personal and very friendly. There was a quick response and everything was taken care of. We felt we were in good hands
We enjoyed our stay very much. The children were able to play freely on the large, fenced-in grounds. We all used and enjoyed the pool extensively every day. We will be happy to come back!

Dreamy finca but too cold for March.
I was already in the Finca in 2021 and just had to go back because we were so impressed last time. The house and communication with Mrs. Sager, as well as the crew on site, were worth 5 stars again. Super nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, we were there last time in September and it was super hot.
Now in March, it was unfortunately already very cold in the house. Although we had a portable heater and a fireplace in the house, we unfortunately couldn't get it really warm and always had to dress very warmly. Unfortunately, the beds and towels were also quite damp and never really dry. Nevertheless, it was a nice week. But I would not recommend the Finca for the "cold" months, but rather for the summer months.

Great finca
We have already visited many fincas on Mallorca, this finca was particularly beautiful. The location and facilities are great. The property is within walking distance of Santanyi and is very quiet and secluded.

Great villa
We spent 14 wonderful days at the Finca Na Barca! It felt like home and not like one of the charmless holiday homes on the island.
We lacked nothing! The Finca was clean and tidy. The local crew does a great job. They immediately took care of small things, and Mrs. Sager also takes care of everything and is always available.
The pool and the garden are the absolute highlights of the Finca. The large fig and lemon tree in the garden offer many delicacies to improve breakfast ?
Grilling on the terrace was always a great option for us and a must in this garden.
Of course, there were many mosquitoes in the evening/night, but overall everything was great with mosquito nets (windows, doors, and all beds), so we hardly had any problems while sleeping.
From the Finca, you can walk into town. Especially the weekly market is worth seeing, but there are also many great restaurants nearby.
The Finca is an absolute recommendation. We will definitely come back!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
Wir haben hier 8 wundervolle Tage verbracht! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, Ausstattung war super, wir waren doch auch froh über die beiden super Klimageräte. Es war alles super sauber, ein tolles Bad in welchem wir schön viel Platz hatten. Die Crew vor Ort macht einen super Job.
Der Pool und Garten sind ein Traum, für Pflanzenliebhaber gibt es schon einiges zu sehen. Es gibt durch Pflanzen und Sonnenschirme genug Schatten.
Mosquitos gibts abends/nachts natürlich auch, aber alles super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet (Fenster Türen und alle Betten), sodass wir beim Schlafen keine Probleme hatten.
Grillen auf der Terrasse war für uns immer eine super Option.
Was für uns auch wichtig war: Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lage (Sackgasse und Endgrundstück) und dem großen Tor sehr sicher gefühlt. Von der Finca aus kann man super in den Ort laufen, vor allem der Markt ist Sehenswert! Auch die umliegenden Buchten und Dörfer sind sehr sehenswert. Palma ist ca. 45 Min entfernt, war für uns sogar abends mit Baby machbar war.
Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super unkompliziert, sie war stets super nett und hilfreich zur Stelle und hat uns allerlei Tipps an die Hand gegeben.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Wir können die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Schon oft mieteten wir Häuser auf Mallorca, doch dieses war eines der schlechtesten.
Das Haus ist dunkel, die Möbel veraltet, zusammen gesucht und gerade im Schlafzimmer defekt. Keine Duschkabine, dass Bad schwimmt nach dem Duschen und das Fenster ist total klein, auch Lampen bringen wenig Licht.
Der Aussenbereich ist absolut ungepflegt, viele Garten Möbel abgenutzt oder defekt. Der überdachte Terrassenbereich ist alles andere als schön, vergammelte Blumen und ein unansehnlicher Zaun.
Die Lage ist okay, nah an SANTANYI. Die Besitzerin zwar bemüht, doch absolut uneinsichtig. Wer wilde Gärten und wenig Komfort sucht, ist hier richtig. Wir waren das leider nicht, haben andere Ansprüche.
Wir können dieses Haus nicht empfehlen!

Hallo Maren W., schade, dass du so unfair bist. Wegen der Allergie von eurem 15-jährigen Sohn war die Finca im Campo nicht die richtige Wahl. Netterweise habe ich euch einen fast 4-stelligen Betrag erstattet, einfach aus Freundlichkeit, damit ihr was mehr urbanes findet. Übrigens: 2021 war überall auf Mallorca ein Mückenjahr. Das gibt es immer wieder mal, es sind manchmal Fliegen oder Wespen etc. Das ist wie das Wetter. Wespen stehen übrigens unter Naturschutz. Vielleicht wusstet ihr das aber nicht? Mein Gruß: Fair sein ist besser für die Seele!

Super nice and personal landlady

We can recommend the finca and the landlady with whom we had a super uncomplicated and nice communication 100%.

Ruhe und Entspannung
Wir waren bereits 2020 im August in der Finca und mussten einfach wieder hin.
Hier findet man Entspannung. Aber auch die Umgebung von Santanyi ist eine Reise wert. Vor allem der Markt ist einen Besuch wert.
Da wir schon beim letzten Mal so geschwärmt haben, möchten wir diesmal einfach nur Danke sagen.

Immer wieder gerne!
Nach einer nervigen Anreise (Verspätung des Billigfliegers, Ärger am Autovermietungsschalter) erreichten wir spätabends gereizt die Finca: die nacht war lau, die Zikaden zirpten, die Gartenbeleuchtung strahlte auf Palmen und rote Bourgainvilleas, der Pool erfrischend. Im Kühlschrank stand eine eiskalte Flasche Cava und während wir nun entspannt auf der Terrasse saßen, dachten wir: "ja, so sollte Urlaub immer sein!" Es war der Einstieg in ganz besondere 14 Tage..
(Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Rest waren super) Immer wieder gerne.

Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse
Eine sehr schöne Finca am Rand von Santanyi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. Man wohnt sehr ruhig, ist aber schnell an verschiedenen Stränden. Santanyi ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

Ein Traum und pure Erholung
Wir (ein Paar) suchten absolute Ruhe und Erholung und diese haben wir in der Na Barca gefunden.
Ein Gefühl wie "zu Hause" erlebten wir direkt bei der Ankunft. Auf dem Tisch standen frisches Obst, Kekse und eine Flasche Rosé-Wein für uns bereit - solch eine Gastfreundschaft haben wir zuvor so noch nie erlebt.
Die Finca war sauber und ordentlich. Es fehlte an nichts! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Service vor Ort ist mehr als 5 Sterne wert. Bei Kleinigkeiten wurde sofort gehandelt, sogar mehr, als es üblich ist. Frau Sager kümmert sich um alles und ist jederzeit erreichbar.
Das Personal vor Ort ist ebenfalls großartig.
Alles war einfach klasse: Die Ruhe, der Pool, der Grill, der Service, die Lage!
Danke an dieser Stelle für das großartige Drumherum! Die Na Barca ist eine absolute Empfehlung.
