The loggia with breathtaking sea view is designed as a living room
with Smart-TV, radio and comfortable couch with sleeping function
The second room contains the high-quality kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment, toaster, coffee machine, kettle), the spacious dining area and a double bed. The sea can also be seen very beautifully from this room.
The bathroom is equipped with WC and shower
A small hallway with wardrobe is also available in the holiday flat.
The flat is on the first floor.
A WLAN connection and a parking space at the house are available free of charge.

The "Stella Maris" holiday flat is located in the Villa Agnes, which is in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy bathing beach of Binz. Good restaurants, the very popular "Strandhalle", are nearby. To the town centre and the pier, you can stroll along the beach or the beach promenade for about 10 minutes.

Historical beach Villa
We found Villa Agnes in our travel guide and immediately fell in love with the house. It is a fantastic place to vacation in! The view of the sea is as beautiful as described. Our ancestors already knew where to enjoy themselves!

Wonderful water view!
We have been loyal guests of Villa Agnes for years. The sea view from this house is probably the best in the entire Baltic Sea resort. Also in 2019, we had a very relaxing beach vacation in Binz. We wish the friendly rental team all the best until next year.
