The house (approx. 80 sqm) is furnished to a high standard and generously equipped. Its own photovoltaic system ensures an environmentally friendly energy supply. The house has a good indoor climate due to the use of sustainable building materials and has good insulation values, which keep the heat in the house in winter and protect it from heat in summer
The kitchen on the ground floor has brand-name appliances and sufficient crockery and cutlery. Kettle, coffee pod machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave are available on the ground floor. Here you will also find a guest toilet and a cloakroom. Chairs for 6 persons and two highchairs for children are available. The corner couch is extendable and can be used as a sleeping accommodation.
A large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a cot and a travel cot (electric shutters and fly screens are provided) and a small bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom with a large shower are located upstairs.
We are happy to provide you with bed linen (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) both together 18 €/person. We are happy to provide bed rails as fall-out protection for the large beds if required.
The terrace, which is covered with a glass roof, is south-facing and has two sun loungers with cushions, garden furniture and a parasol. The lawn invites you to play or sunbathe. A brick barbecue is at your disposal. The property is fenced in so that even small children cannot run away so quickly.
There is a swing with slide and a sandbox on our property, which you are welcome to use.

Zierow is located directly on Wismar Bay with a view of the island of Poel. The small Baltic Sea holiday resort is only eight kilometres from the Hanseatic city of Wismar and about 35 kilometres from Schwerin and 60 kilometres from the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Lübeck. There you can enjoy a wide variety of cultural activities. The small holiday home settlement is located in a play street with a small playground with slide, table tennis table, swings, etc. In Zierow there is a child-friendly sandy beach, supervised by the DLRG, where you can spend your holiday with the whole family.

A small tool shed for your beach equipment and bicycles is located in front of the house next to the car parking spaces. The bicycles (one ladies' and one men's bicycle), as well as two children's bicycles (20 and 24 inch) and a handcart may be used.

Nice landlords, large house, quiet location
We were able to spend a relaxed and quiet time in the holiday home Bernstein.
The landlords are really extremely friendly and accommodating.
The available bicycles were regularly used by us and were also checked in advance by the landlord.
We particularly liked the covered terrace, so we could sit outside even in not-so-good weather.
Whether it was a supermarket or rolls for breakfast, everything was easily accessible in no time at all. Overall, we lacked nothing and can recommend the holiday home to everyone.

Super holiday home, super landlord !
We rented the holiday house, which is half rented and half used by the owners, over Easter. The house is only a few hundred metres from the clean and child-friendly beach. Apart from the fact that we were really lucky with the weather at this time of year, we had a top holiday with the holiday home and the owners as neighbours. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. The quality of the furnishings is definitely in a better category than what we have found in holiday homes so far. It was very modern and newly furnished and very well maintained and clean!
The owners, who were neighbours during the same period, were very friendly and helpful. The barbecue evening rounded off the holiday perfectly. We would love to stay here again and again!
