The high-quality fitted kitchen will satisfy even the most demanding cooks: microwave, multifunctional cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, crockery for 12 people, etc. are all available. 5 large balcony doors provide a light-flooded For your convenience, there are 2 TVs as well as 1 portable radio-CD player. Books, DVDs and games are also available. The spacious bathroom offers a bathtub, shower/WC and a washing machine, the use of which is included in the rental price. The flat is completely tiled and suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the apartment. In the underground car park you have your own parking space and a lockable cellar room for your bicycles. WLAN is also available.

The Sellin has about 2,500 inhabitants and is famous for its pier, which was extensively restored in 1998.
