Great location - short direct way to the Sellin pier. Ideal for 2 people. Suitable for self-catering. Many shopping opportunities in the vicinity.

New Year's Eve in Sellin
In the Residenz Seeblick, a small and clean holiday flat with a spacious bathroom awaited us. The view from the balcony is not quite as nice, but unfortunately you can't change that. You should not expect a big kitchen. Nevertheless, the day can start well, as there is a coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and toaster. Dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment are also available.
The bed with good mattresses ensures a restful sleep
The TV can be turned to any position thanks to the wall mount. There is also a music system and DVD player
But if you want luxury, you are completely wrong here
Very good price/performance ratio. I can only recommend the flat for 2 people. And we will definitely come back.

It was great...
The holiday was wonderful. We had a great time in the apartment. The central location is excellent. The communication with the Hottmeyer family was very good. We will not be the last time there.

Highly recommended!
We had a very pleasant short break in the vacation rental; the location is very central and the apartment is modern and comfortable. The contact with the landlord was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely holiday here again.
