Our beautiful Mohnblume flat is in an exposed location directly at the spa gardens of Baabe, only 50 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Since the flat is located at the well-kept spa park on a bicycle and hiking path, you are spared from street noise and can only hear the sea at night when the window is open. This is a comfortable 2-room flat with integrated kitchen, shower/WC and large terrace in a south-east location. A free parking space is available in the underground garage.

The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a comfortable sitting area in the living room. The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it has a dishwasher, a microwave and a multifunctional cooker with ceramic hob, grill and oven. Of course, there is also a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The large south-east-facing terrace with balcony furniture and beach chair invites you to have breakfast in the sun. This flat is also offered as a non-smoking flat. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along.
The flat is ideal for an occupancy of 2 persons. Baabe offers one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of Rügen and is located in the south-east of the island on the edge of the biosphere reserve of the Mönchgut peninsula. Here, at the "gateway" to the Mönchgut, guests seeking rest and relaxation will find a wonderful spot. There is no trace of mass tourism and bed castles. Instead, a charming landscape, close ties to nature, a wide range of leisure activities and a dignified location on an isthmus give the place a charming alternation of three "faces" for the visitor, with a hilly Bodden landscape, extensive forests and the Baltic Sea with its white sandy beaches. The Baltic resort of Baabe has been certified as the first allergy-friendly municipality.

Tage vor Mietbeginn ist der volle Mietpreis zu entrichten, dieses gilt auch bei Abbruch der Reise. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten. Bei einer Umbuchung seitens des Gastes kann der Vermieter eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50,-- EUR berechnen.
