Our modern and comfortably furnished 2-room flat with approx. 52 sqm living/usable space is ideal for 2-3 people and has:
a terrace with a small lawn for your own use,a living room with dining area and comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage space, a separate fitted kitchen with window, a bathroom with shower and window and a hallway with wardrobe and storage space
The windows are equipped with external blinds and gauze.
The flat has an underground parking space and a lockable cellar room.
You can use the available bicycles during your stay free of charge and at your own risk.
You can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace with its small, enclosed lawn and end your holiday in the afternoon in the beach chair with a glass of wine.

Super holiday apartment in top location
A great accommodation, found just as described on the website. Short distances to the beach and the promenade, yet located in a nice quiet area. Bicycles for use included and a parking space in the underground garage. We found the apartment in a clean and orderly condition. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. From the vacation rental, many excursion destinations are easily reachable, whether by foot, bicycle, the Roland, or by car. We felt very comfortable. Frank and Heike from Dresden.

Sellin wunderbar
We enjoyed our vacation in Sellin. The location of the apartment is great, the tranquility heavenly. The terrace with a small garden invites you to relax. The car was safely parked in the garage.
Nothing was missing.
Short distances to the pier, Wilhelmstraße with nice shops and restaurants, the Peace Mountain.
We rode bikes a lot and discovered great beaches and places. The landscape is beautiful.
We are happy to recommend the apartment and the place.

Very nice accommodation
We spent wonderful days here in the summer of 2021. The apartment is super and modernly equipped. Everything you need is there. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings by car or bike. There is also a wide range of shopping facilities all around

A wonderful holiday in the best location
Dear Fam. Sperlich,
we felt very comfortable in your very well equipped holiday flat. The location is just perfect. The beach is only a stone's throw away and the promenade with numerous restaurants is also within walking distance. The weather was perfect and we could have breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning. We will definitely be back.
