Tranquil and contemporary: that is our holiday flat. You live on approx. 40m² with 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom. Separate kitchen and balcony
The cosy holiday flat is tastefully furnished with enough space for up to four people
You enter the holiday flat through the separate kitchen, which is separated from the living room. There you will find a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher
In the living room-bedroom there is a comfortable corner couch, a dining table for four persons and the full-size double bed. Adjacent to it is the east-facing balcony.
In the separate bedroom there is a loft bed and a wardrobe.
In addition, there is a well-maintained shower room in the holiday flat.
The flat is easily accessible via a lift

The holiday flat is located in a well-kept holiday complex in a prime location in Sellin. The pier, the beautiful sandy beach and the Wilhelmstraße with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops are only a few steps away after about 150 metres.

Great location and beautiful apartment
We rented the apartment for 6 days. Great view from the balcony (beach). Apartment clean and everything there. We enjoyed it very much. Smooth handling with the landlord.

Die perfekte Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet vom Inventar alles was man braucht. Wer das Wellen rauschen hören liebt, schnell zum Wandern im Wald sein möchte oder am Strand sollte diese Wohnung buchen. Im nächsten Jahr sind wir zum 3 mal dort.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der wir uns sehr Wohlgefühlt haben und die wir aufjeden Fall ein weiteres Mal buchen werden.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht und ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Seebrücke.

Eine Woche auf Rügen
Die Buchung erfolgte kurzfristig, lief aber unproblematisch und sehr schnell. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Sellin aber nicht das letzte mal. Die Lage ist perfekt, zur Seebrücke läuft man durch den Garten 3 Minuten, zum Bäcker ca. 200 Meter. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, man hat alles was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kochfeld und Geschirr. Wir waren zu zweit da und haben meistens auswärts gegessen., die Restaurants sind und die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen und befindet sich in einer super Lage, alles ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Sehr hochwerig.
Schön wäre in der Küche noch eine Abstellmöglichkeit oder Regal.
