Description
The holiday home built in 2012 is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. The sauna is an infrared cabin. For pet owners, please note: the owner only allows the pet to stay on the ground floor.
Location
Zempin (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging electric cars at the holiday property is not allowed. The house is exclusively available for rental through Holiday Home and is not used by the owner. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Central heating, underfloor heating. The heating and hot water supply are operated via geothermal energy. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, covered, level, wheelchair accessible, and leads directly into the entrance hall with a wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The ground floor is barrier-free (width of room doors 92 cm).
Ground floor: Living kitchen (40 sqm) with seating area, TV, fireplace, radio, DVD player, and access to the terrace (48 sqm, garden furniture). Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 2 washbasins, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and window. Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin and toilet.
Upper floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (10 sqm). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Thanks to Mrs Zedler for the very good care. The house was in very good condition. We would love to come back next year, for the fourth time. It is just right for us three couples.
