Description
The holiday home, built in 2012 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. The sauna is an infrared cabin. For pet owners please note: the owner only allows the pet to stay on the ground floor.
Location
Zempin (Seebad). The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging electric cars is not permitted at the holiday property. The house is exclusively available for brokerage through Holiday Home and is not used by the owner. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

central heating, underfloor heating. The heating and the hot water supply to operate on geothermal energy. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite.

The entrance in your holiday home is located on the ground floor, is covered, at ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible (width of doors 92 cm).
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen (40 sqm) with sitting area, TV, fireplace, radio, DVD and access to the terrace (48 sqm, garden furniture). Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, dryer, shower, 2 sinks, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 sink and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (10 sqm). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: babycot, internet access, baby cot, bicycle, high chair, parking place, electricity, water, heating, Infra Sauna, sunloungers, bed linen (first usage), hand towels (first usage), Wireless Internet access.

We were in this excellent house for the 5th time, in which everything is just right. Starting with the rooms and their layout, the comfort (e.g. washing machine and dishwasher, WiFi) and the enclosed garden (dog!) To the care provided by Ms. Zedler, we enjoyed our stay on the sunny island very much. We will be back next year.

The house has a lot of space, especially in the living and dining area, so that you can live well to six without getting on your feet. The beach (also the dog beach) near the house had the advantage that it is on the one hand to reach on foot and on the other hand, even in the high season is not crowded. The caretaker is very nice and was available for questions at any time.

A spacious, bright, tastefully furnished villa to relax. Absolutely quiet, a supermarket around the corner and the train station and the sea nearby. Very nice housekeeper. Highly recommended.
