Stummerberg, 1000 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house are the holiday apartments TIR ZIL 101 (7 people), TIR ZIL 102 (8 people), TIR ZIL 103 (13 people), TIR ZIL 104 (5 people), and TIR ZIL 185 (12 people). Wonderful view of the Zillertal valley up to the Hintertux Glacier. Access is via a (paved) road. In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 12 cars) on the property. Access via mountain road.

Aufenfeld leisure park in Aschau with bathing pond, skate facilities, trampoline, pony riding, indoor pool and western village 7 km. In the nearby farmhouse, 5 minutes away, rabbits, goats, 2 ponies and cows. A visit to the stable is possible. Golf in Uderns. In winter: Ski area 5 km in Kaltenbach (Hochzillertal). Ski bus 10 m. Ski hire, ski school, cross-country trail each 5 km in Kaltenbach. Ski bus for a fee.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads directly into the hallway via an internal staircase. Living room with seating area, TV, radio, and access to the balcony (7 sqm). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, and toilet.

Included in the price: babycot, parking place, electricity, water, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, Baby cot (please order when booking).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 80 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: Wi‑Fi (WLAN) 1,50 € all inclusive per day.
