The mountain house Stumm is located at an altitude of 1100m high above the valley floor of the Zillertal. The house has 5 bedrooms with 12 beds, 3 bathrooms + sauna and infrared cabin - and is available for your exclusive use! The holiday home is located in the heart of the Zillertal with the most beautiful, sunny panoramic view. The Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski area is directly opposite on the other side of the valley.
From its location, it is either a mountain lodge or cabin and is especially perfect for families, small groups or even for a group of friends. a ski hut, in terms of comfort a vacation home that is well equipped.
The house is absolutely tranquil and idyllic in the Zillertal mountains. The house offers plenty of space for groups of 2-12 people and is ideal for families with children. Hikes into the Zillertal mountains are possible directly from the house.

The vacation home is located in a secluded area at the edge of the forest, is easily accessible by car but far from noise and hustle. Excursions with the mountain bike, hiking, and ski tours can be started right from the doorstep.
In the nearby area, there is a farm, otherwise only meadows and forest.
The recreational opportunities in the nearby area are almost limitless.
The house is situated at an elevation of 1100 meters and is accessible via a well-maintained mountain road. Attention: In winter, appropriate equipment, possibly chains, is necessary. The road is cleared but only partially salted.
Shopping facilities and dining options can be reached by car in 10 minutes. From the valley floor to the house, it is 4 km or just over 500 vertical meters.
