The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture. Marquise. The holiday home is equipped with outside blinds with integrated insect screen.

Stummerberg, 940 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm, open plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Great view to the surrounding Alpine panorama. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. Access via mountain street. Snow tyres and snow chain are necessary.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
Lower floor: Ski room.

The cottage is situated in a beautiful location. For a wonderful view from the window should enter here after winding road. Fresh air, peace and quiet. Kind and patient hosts. We recommend :): D

View and terrace was beautiful at that height! What we missed are comfortable chairs, but those places are occupied by 2 beds that cannot be used as couches.

The view was really phenomenal !! However in the winter without snow chains not attainable. It should be noted, however, that the bus, which leaves directly in front of the entrance to the yard, costs extra and is not included in the ski pass.

a beautifully situated house on the hillside with panoramic views of the Zillertal. Very well maintained, very clean, very nice hosts, to have everything in place; super natural swimming pond nearby, very good hiking trails in the mountains, we have felt ourselves very well and recommend the cottage to be very good.
