The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The following are available for use: The house contains 2 holiday apartments of the same type.
Garden area and basement area are NOT to be used - they are PRIVATE
Only 1 parking space is available per apartment.
NO internet access - NO Wi-Fi.

Location
Silent, 554 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Only ONE parking space is available per apartment. And this parking space is calculated for a "NORMAL" car. If customers arrive with multiple cars, they must find parking spaces elsewhere themselves.

Central heating (oil, wood/coal). TV reception via satellite.

not allowed.

In winter: Ski lift 2 km in Kaltenbach. (Hochzillertal). Zillertal Arena ski area in Zell am Ziller 5 km. Ski bus included.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway with a wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The apartments are located on the 1st floor in the detached house. Living room (walk-through room) with TV, radio, and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining area, electric stove (4 plates), oven, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC with toilet.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, heating, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 75 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff.

There was a lot of storage space in the holiday flat.
Nice that there is an oven.
The duvets were exchanged for thinner ones on request.
