Location and surroundings of object
Our detached Berghütte holiday home is situated in a quiet location by the Spiegelbach stream, directly on the forest. The beautiful Harz forest with hiking trails starts right outside the front door. The university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld is about 10 km away, the imperial town of Goslar about 25 km and Hahnenklee with its summer toboggan run and adventure park about 8 km.

The local health resort fee per night is Adults 2,14 € + children/young people (6-17 years) 1,44 € The deposit will be returned within 4 working days after departure. The rental property may only be used and occupied by the number of persons stated on the booking confirmation. Beautiful surroundings, cutbacks in facilities
We felt very comfortable in the surroundings, especially the terrace, garden and pool are nice. Some compromises have to be made with the equipment; the rooms are very cramped and lack storage facilities, the kitchen is unsuitable for a larger group - the fridge is nice and big though and has a freezer .There is a lack of plastic bowls and especially a thermos flask, which is urgently needed for groups. The grill is unfortunately hardly usable as it does not "pull" at all - we also had to clean it thoroughly first - that is annoying, as well as the missing grill tongs and the dirty oven. We also found it annoying that some of the rubbish had to be disposed of in the village. The bathrooms, on the other hand, were clean and tidy, with plenty of towels.
