A modern holiday flat in Strandvilla Glückspilz - sunny and bright, with clean lines and colours:
spacious living/bedroom with kitchenette, dining area, flat-screen TV with DVD player, CD radio and visually separated seating area in the "loggia". WLAN is available free of charge.
Kitchenette with 2-plate cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster
Bathroom with WC and shower.
The flat is on the 1st floor.
From May to September, you can use a beach chair on the beach in front of the villa free of charge.
A parking space at the house is included.
A sauna is available for guests in the basement of Villa Glückspilz (for a fee).

The holiday flat "Arti" is located in the beach villa Glückspilz. This only brick villa on the beach of Binz is a popular motif on many holiday photos. It is in a prime location on the beach promenade - directly on the Binz bathing beach, only 3 minutes away from the pier and the town centre. Many good restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby.

Apartment for Two
We stayed in the beautiful brick villa "Glückspilz" right on the beach. The apartment is suitable for 2 people, nice and bright, and at a good price.

Good location, good price!
You have everything you need. Even a sauna with relaxation area and shower for the house guests. The parking lot is right next to the house and at no extra cost.
