Enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday in Villa Glückspilz - directly on the beach in Binz!
The "Bücherwurm" apartment - directly on the beach promenade - offers you a comfortable holiday home for all seasons
In the beautifully furnished living room you will find a radio, TV and a large library for your leisure time.
The dining area and kitchenette are fully equipped
In the large bedroom with double bed, a travel cot can be used for a child (couch in the living room without sleep function)
The bathroom has WC, real glass shower and towel dryer
Ironing board and iron are also available.
The balcony faces west: You cannot see the sea - but you can listen to its sound
Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.
2 bicycles are included in the offer, as well as a parking space at Proraer Chaussee 5
The car park is not directly at the house but easy to reach by bike.
The holiday flat is located on the mezzanine floor.
There is a bicycle cellar in the house.
In the basement, a sauna with relaxation area, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for
washing machine and tumble dryer (all for coins).
From May to September, a beach chair is available on the beach free of charge.

Villa Glückspilz is the only brick villa on the beach promenade in Binz and the central object of many guest photos. It is in a prime location directly on the Binz beach, only 3 minutes from the pier and the town centre. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. Binz is the most beautiful and popular of the Rügen seaside resorts

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Schöne Tage direkt am Strand!
Eine sehr gemütliche und bequeme Ferienwohnung im Hochparterre mit Balkon. Man hört das Meer und ist mit wenigen Schritten am Wasser. Morgens ist man zum Brötchenholen schnell im Zentrum. Für uns perfekt!

Am Strand!
Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und dicht am Zentrum. Mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern ist man schnell beim Auto auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz.
Wir fanden es schön in der Villa Glückspilz!!

Sehr gemütlich!
Als älteres Ehepaar haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt: nur wenige Stufen ins Haus, direkte Strandlage und nicht weit ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und großzügig eingerichtet. Man kann wirklich wunderbar entspannen und entschleunigen. Zudem waren der Buchungsprozeß und auch der Empfang vor Ort sehr freundlich, was uns sehr positiv aufgefallen ist.

Wohlfühlen wie Zuhause
In der Wohnung kann man sich richtig heimisch fühlen, sehr gemütlich mit der großen bequemen Couch, den vielen Büchern und alles sehr sauber. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern konnten wir Binz und Umgebung erkunden und am Abend die Sauna im Hause nutzen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!
