In this large and tastefully furnished holiday flat with bay window and beautiful sea view you will have a dream Baltic Sea holiday!
The large living/bedroom offers you a stereo system/CD player, flat screen TV, a comfortable seating area with couch (sleep function), a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a dining area with sea view in the bay window, as all windows of the bay window look out onto the Baltic Sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower/WC.
The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
Cot, high chair, Wi-Fi and parking are offered free of charge.
A sauna is available for guests in the basement.
Washing machine, dryer and bicycle storage are also located in the basement of the villa.

The holiday flat is located in the Villa Glückspilz, the only brick villa on the beach promenade in Binz and a popular subject of many holiday photos. It is in a prime location directly on the beach of Binz, only 3 minutes away from the town centre and the pier. Many good restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. Binz is the most popular of the Rügen seaside resorts

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Fantastisch
Im wunderschönen Binz kamen wir voll auf unser Kosten,.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
In der Küche war auch alles vorahnden was man brauchte.
Das Wetter spielte auch mit und alles im Ganzen war es ein fantastischer Urlaub.

Super Urlaub
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Diese ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Blick zum Wasser. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Urlaub so richtig genießen.

Auszeit
Wir sind der Großstadt einige Tage entflohen und konnten in Binz gut auftanken. Wohnung war sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und Villa ist sehr günstig gelegen. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Inseltage.
Unser erster (leider viel zu kurzer) Urlaub auf Rügen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Lage der Villa Glückspilz ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir fanden Binz auch im Winter attraktiv. Wir haben das Jagdschloß und den Baumwipfelpfad besucht und waren sehr angetan von dem sehr freundlichen Service den wir überall erlebt haben. Machen Sie weiter so!
