Look forward to a modern holiday flat with balcony and sea view in the beach villa "Glückspilz"!
The spacious living/bedroom offers you LCD TV, CD radio and DVD player, double bed and couch with sleeping function. WLAN is available free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The beautiful balcony is furnished and looks through the dune trees onto the Baltic Sea and pier; here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
The holiday flat has a shower room with towel dryer. It is located on the first floor.
From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge on the beach in front of the villa.
2022/2023: A parking space at the house is included.

The "Sandkörnchen" holiday flat is located in the Glückspilz beach villa. This is the only brick villa on the beach in Binz and a popular motif in many holiday photos. It is in a prime location on the beach promenade - directly on the Binz bathing beach, only 3 minutes from the pier and the town centre. Many good restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby

- Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Es war schon etwas Besonderes in einer alten Villa direkt am Strand zu wohnen.
Uns hat es hier gut gefallen. Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Es gab hier soviel zu Bestaunen, dass der Urlaub viel zu kurz war.

Gerade zurück ...
... schnell bewerten: tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand. Muß im Sommer traumhaft sein! Wir werden es nächstes Jahr ausprobieren!

Superschön!
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandlage! Es war sehr sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen. Cool war der Strandkorb am Strand vorm Haus. Wir hatten auch im September noch schönes Wetter und haben ihn natürlich gern genutzt!
