Spend a sunny holiday directly at the Baltic Sea!
The holiday flat "Dolce Vita" offers you a cosy home away from home:
The living room with kitchenette, dining area, stereo system, internet-capable TV set and couch with sleeping function has an exit to the furnished balcony. The balcony faces west and offers you a smaller or larger lateral view of the Baltic Sea, depending on the current cut of the dune trees (see photo of the balcony).
A new kitchenette was installed in winter 2019. This is equipped with dishwasher, oven, 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment, crockery, etc. In the photo bar you can still see the old kitchenette. New photos will be posted shortly.
In the large bedroom there is a second TV set as well as a wardrobe and a double bed
The holiday flat is on the 1st floor.
Wi-Fi and parking at the house are already included in the price
The villa has a bicycle storage room in the basement.
In the house you can use a sauna with wellness area for a fee.
Washing machine and tumble dryer (against coins) are available in the basement of the villa.

Kurztrip
At the beginning of the year, we treated ourselves and our four-legged friend to a few days of fresh sea air. The winter by the sea is simply fantastic. We felt comfortable in the apartment, and Binz is a city full of experiences.

Stylish villa!
Beautiful Indian summer in Binz! The apartment was clean and tidy. Our bikes had space in the bike storage. Everything worked out well.

Urlaub am Strand
The apartment is suitable for 2 people, the location is very good right on the beach. The bathroom urgently needs work, the toilet flush is stuck, the sink is cracked, and the silicone joints are black. The living room is very small. The bedroom is fine, except the door to the living room closes very poorly.
