Description

Since we are currently still in the renovation phase, we unfortunately do not have any meaningful photos yet. We update this every week. The room layout is the same as that of our other houses. Since we want to offer our new house already for 2019, we have decided to put this online already now. Thank you for your understanding.

Our North Sea idyll lies in the Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most beautiful parks in North Holland, in a very good and quiet location directly behind the dunes. The house has 130qm living space. These are divided into three bedrooms, two daylight bathrooms, a separate toilet, an open kitchen with dining and living room with fireplace and two large terraces. One of them with direct exit from the kitchen and completely covered. Here you will find the comfortable Chillout garden furniture with dining table. Deckchairs for the second terrace and other garden furniture are also available. Of course, we have also installed a Finnish sauna for the cooler season. The property is 520qm large and offers you with the south-west orientation at any time of day sunny places to relax.

Location and surroundings of object

The new swimming pool was opened in the park in 2016! In addition to the A-class golf course, there are also tennis courts, various children's playgrounds and currently 1 restaurant at your disposal. There is a 9-hole golf course (A status) par 70. It is designed according to the standards of the Dutch Golf Federation and has A status. It is a typical meadow area with mixed planting, difficult bunkers, water sections and impeccable greens with driving range "on water". There is also a 9-hole golf course for beginners (see G. Pitch and Put), mini golf course, tennis court, children's playground ...
The direct surroundings:
The surroundings offer a wide range of possibilities for relaxation. The high dunes are about 900 metres from the park. On a cycle and footpath, which leads through the tulip fields, you come directly to the sea. The beach is wide and clean and reminds of regions that most of us have travelled only by plane before! Dogs and horses are admitted depending on the season. The beach has been awarded the EU's "Blue Pennant" environmental prize several times.
Julianadorp offers best shopping facilities . You can reach the old village centre by car in a few minutes or even better by bike. Many shops are located around the market place: Bank, butcher, Aldi, Lidl, Deen, flowers, pharmacy, doctor etc.
By car and bicycle: A beautiful cycle path leads through the dunes from Julianadorp to Den Helder. Along the way you will discover the Zwanenwater nature reserve, the unique Hondsbosschezeewering and further away Europe's largest lock area in Ijmuiden.
In the east of the province the 'Afsluitdijk' connects North Holland with Friesland. The construction of this dike was completed in 1932. Since then, he has closed the whole of Holland off from the dangers of a North Sea flood. The province of North Holland offers much more: Texel Island (15 minutes by car to the ferry), Cape Holland Den Helder (visit to a submarine).
You will find water sports everywhere, especially the "Golden Century" towns of Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn. But also Volendam, Edam, brands and of course Alkmaar with its cheese market should not be forgotten. Amsterdam, the capital, can best be reached by train from Den Helder. In short, there is little time left for you to return home.
You can also become an active fisherman yourself. From Den Oever daily boats with guests go out to catch fish on the Wadden Sea or in the North Sea.

The complete property is fenced in for our guests with dog, there are three car parking spaces in front of the house, both bathrooms are completely renewed and brought up to date, also the new Finnish sauna was newly installed, a satellite dish for all German channels is mounted, in all bedrooms and the living room are TV/radio systems, all bedrooms contain new box spring beds and the complete house newly furnished! We look forward to hearing from you!

Family vacation with dog

We spent our family holiday over Easter at the Möwennest and felt very comfortable there. Everything worked great, from booking to the information provided by the landlord and the support during the holiday. We really liked the house and location. The park is very well maintained, quiet, and offers a great change with the beautiful swimming pool even in bad weather. Our dogs, of course, enjoyed the beach walks, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of being able to spend our holiday with a dog there. We want to come back!

Wonderful ambience

Dear Ott family,
arrive and feel at home. Everything is just right in this holiday home, from the very quiet location, to the cleanliness, to the wonderful furnishings and equipment - we wanted for nothing. The beds are very comfortable, there is a TV in all bedrooms, and in the evenings it is very cosy by the fireplace in the living room. The garden is fenced, our dog Diego loved to run around there. We made extensive use of the lounge furniture on the covered terrace. Landal Resort Ooghduyne is highly recommended for dog owners and families with children (great swimming pool in the complex). We would like to thank you for an all-round successful stay and look forward to coming back.

Hello Ott family, we spent a very nice week in your house. Everything really fitted. A cosy, tasteful and well-equipped house. A nice welcome with flowers on the table, homemade jam and a treat for Cooper ?

Very beautiful house, feel comfortable right away.

The house is very tastefully, stylishly, and lovingly furnished. Everything is very new, we lacked nothing. Mrs. and Mr. Ott are perfect hosts, a small welcome greeting, even a personal welcome, top-notch organization from the first booking inquiry to the completion. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled. We felt very comfortable in the house right after arrival and had a very pleasant stay with 6 adults and our small family dog. So good that we immediately booked another stay at a house of the Ott family over Pentecost. We have been coming to Julianadorp for over 25 years, and your house definitely falls into our personal 5-star category. Ott family, thank you again, it was a lovely, relaxing stay, with sunny, rainy, and also stormy weather (typical Dutch weather).

„Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich bezaubernd gewesen. Ein echter Wow-Effekt vom Betreten des Hauses an! Die Bilder haben uns im Vorfeld schon sehr überzeugt, ist man dann aber erst im Objekt drin, so wird man wirklich von einem modernen, hellen und sehr gepflegten Einrichtungsstil überwältigt. Wir haben uns in der kompletten Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt, für alles war gesorgt (top ausgestattete Küche, hochqualitative Betten, wunderbare Gartenmöbel und und und). Wir haben in den letzten Jahren so einige Unterkünfte kennenlernen dürfen - diese gehört zu den absoluten Highlights. Auch hervorzuheben ist die überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Art der netten Vermieter. Gerade im Zuge von Corona gab es (leider) einige Bedenken unsererseits, in Gesprächen mit ihm wurden diese aber allesamt geklärt und wir verbrachten eine unvergessene Woche in Julianadorp. Relaxing in winter with a baby and a dog

Dear Ott family, We felt very comfortable in your house! It is very well equipped, the sauna is a blessing, and the fireplace simply delightful. We slept wonderfully! The beds are highly recommended. It is lovingly furnished, and one can tell that you rent it out with heart and soul. For the summer, we can easily imagine that fantastic barbecue evenings can be held on the large terraces (one of which is covered). The beach was easily accessible, even though storm Sabine made it quite a challenge to get there. All in all, we would love to come back.

Erholsame Tage in Julianerdorp

We spent a wonderful week in the great, clean holiday home where nothing was lacking. Lovingly furnished with beautiful decorations, you just have to feel comfortable. The house is ideal for dogs as the garden is completely fenced. We would like to thank you for the welcome gifts, our dog also appreciated them. We enjoyed our short conversation with the owners upon our arrival. We will definitely not be staying in the house for the last time.

Arrive and feel comfortable

In the idyllic North Sea setting, one feels immediately comfortable. The house is clean and well-maintained, with freshly renovated beautiful bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery and dishes, and a lovely interior. It offers enough space for 6 people, comfortable new beds, great garden furniture, and is technically very well equipped. The contact with the landlords is friendly, accommodating, and uncomplicated. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. At the park reception, you can order bread rolls that will be delivered to your house in the morning. There is a swimming pool with a slide and some other sports facilities in the park.

Tolle Unterkunft

Dear Ott family, we felt very comfortable in your accommodation and everything we needed was there. The fact that we could bring our two pets was a big plus. The house is like new and was very clean and stylish but also cozy furnished, and the sauna, the whirlpool, and the fireplace were very relaxing for us and we could recharge wonderfully. In 2015, friends "kidnapped" us to Julianadorp. We are still very grateful to them today. We have travelled to many beautiful countries of this world and yet it impresses us again and again that we can dive from the Ruhr area in about 3 hours by car into such a different world. And that's exactly what we wish you. We take care of everything else - you just enjoy!
