You can reach the fine sandy beaches of the Bay of Lübeck in just a few minutes by bike or car (only 3 km, free parking). There you can swim, surf, sail, paddle, fish – or simply enjoy the sun. The Baltic Sea resorts Heiligenhafen, Großenbrode and Dahme can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Kellenhusen and Fehmarn are less than 20 km away. Beautiful towns are Eutin and Lübeck.

The occupancy schedule is kept daily and is always up to date, you can rely on it!
Do you have questions about the price? The price calculator will quickly and reliably determine the total price.
The rental takes place on a weekly basis, the day of arrival is always Saturday. In the low season, arrival is also possible on other weekdays
All additional costs and the final cleaning are included. Exception: In the months of January to March inclusive, the costs for energy are charged additionally at a flat rate of € 34 per day. A visitor's tax is not charged.
For refuelling at the wallbox we charge a flat rate of € 35,- per week, the rest is on our account.
Note for our winter holidaymakers: Please note that there is no winter service available in case of snow and slippery conditions.
A deposit of € 200 will be returned to your account immediately after departure.
The pool is at your disposal from 01 May to 17 September.
Our cleaning service will be happy to provide you with linen packages (bed linen and towels) on request: € 18 per person

Should you not be able to start your holiday, we make every effort to find a replacement. In most cases we succeed. In this case, you will be charged a handling fee of 8.75% of the rental amount. If we are unable to find a replacement for you, the cancellation rules below apply.

Real relaxation in a wonderful house

Great house for people seeking peace and relaxation

A very beautiful house, well-equipped and truly perfectly cleaned. The garden is very nice! The hosts are very friendly and there is a direct answer to any questions. We will definitely check out the other houses of the lovely family. The area is quiet and, like the whole of Schleswig-Holstein, characterized by agriculture and populated by wildlife in the small forests (dogs must be leashed). It is only a 4-minute drive to the beach, where you can wonderfully walk far over cliffs or along the beach, and it is not yet overcrowded. There are also very nice excursion destinations that can be reached in no time. A very nice vacation for all of us. Thank you very much.

Once again wonderful

We fled from the fireworks with our Doodle Leo for the third time over New Year's and did not regret it this time either. Leo was able to spend the days before and after New Year's completely relaxed and slept through New Year's Eve. My husband and I enjoyed the break in this great holiday home, took trips in the surrounding area, and spent a lot of time at the beach. In the meantime, it feels like coming home, everything was lovingly prepared, nothing was missing, and thus our vacation was perfect. We will spend the New Year 26/27 here again, it couldn't be better. A big thank you to Silke and family for making this holiday home available to us vacationers.

A house to feel good

We had a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful vacation home; the holiday began as soon as we entered the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, thanks to the housekeeper, we found the house very clean. A thank you also to the housekeeper who keeps the pool and garden clean; she gave us good tips on where we could have nice outings with our Doodle (Mailo). The contact with the landlord was very nice and friendly, also a thank you for that.
We can only say we have never had such a relaxing vacation, and we will come back next year.

For an overnight price of €400, we expected much more.

...unfortunately, we had imagined our week to be much nicer.
the house was certainly very beautiful once, as was the pool, etc. today, the outdoor area in particular made an unkempt impression. this happens when the owner does not take care of their property and only focuses on the income.
we will definitely not come back.

Simply beautiful

We, three adults and a dog, had booked the house for a week. Since we liked it so much, we extended our stay by another day, which went smoothly. We could also turn to Ms. Schröder-Matthies for other questions. The garden is fenced and not visible, offering beautiful sunsets. The sun rises in the bedroom, and you can observe deer from the window. Everything was clean, the beds were already made, and there were plenty of towels as well. It takes about half an hour to walk to the beach, and there is hardly any traffic. Those who enjoy peace and quiet will find this place perfect. We also come in the summer to try out the pool.

The repetition was worth it.

As last year, we had to escape for New Year's Eve with our Doodle Leo, and just like last year, everything worked out excellently again. The communication with Mrs. Schröder-Matthies, the vacation home, the peace, a truly wonderful holiday with everything that goes along with it. Repair backlog

Unfortunately, we did not find a 5-star house. The house was freezing cold, and the heating did not work adequately, and due to the night setback, it became really cold. After we reported this, the temperature was increased, and the night setback was turned off. It took 2 days for the cooled house to warm up, but then the radiator in the bedroom could no longer be turned down, so it was heated all night there as well... And while we're at it:
The bathroom radiator had the anchors pulled from the wall, an outdoor lamp was hanging from the cable in front of the wall, the garden was unkempt, and the bed creaked with every movement. There is no extractor hood, and out of 4 smaller pots, only 2 still had a lid. The furnishings consist entirely of IKEA furniture. The sofa is sagging, and the worn-out mattresses were covered with a super-soft topper. It should not be considered complaining, but we have been asked, and this is how we found it. These are all points that one really does not want to deal with while on vacation.

It would simply be desirable if the homeowners were regularly present and took notice.

Despite this, we had very nice days, and we enjoyed the area and nature, which was important to us.

Zu Ihren Kritikpunkten: Unsere Heizung hat einen Temperaturfühler und heizt bei Außentemperaturen von über 20 Grad nicht auf vollen Touren. Dafür bitte ich um Verständnis. Nachdem Sie sich gemeldet haben, haben wir Ihnen innerhalb einer Stunde jemanden geschickt, der die Nachtabsenkung herausgenommen hat. Ihre weiteren Hinweise lasse ich sofort prüfen und schaffe ggf. gern Abhilfe. Toll wäre es gewesen, wenn Sie diese Punkte uns gegenüber sofort geäußert hätten. So hätten Sie uns eine Chance gegeben, etwaige Mängel auch sofort zu beseitigen. Mit Verlaub: Dass insbesondere die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Service bei uns hervorragend sind, belegen alle Bewertungen vor Ihnen. Wir gehören mit diesen zu den wenigen Gästefavoriten. What a vacation or where is the hidden camera?

. . . to make it brief: we are also confessing repeat offenders.
It's nice that there is a stylish house with all the amenities. Much nicer for us is the location amidst a beautiful landscape and the Baltic Sea close enough to smell. It has now become a place of encounter and relaxation. This time we were faced with the whims and challenges of certain technical devices, felt well taken care of by the fantastic landlord, and were all solution-oriented. Sometimes we briefly wondered where the hidden camera was and took it with humor. The occasional rain sparked new creativity... we turned the existing garden shed into a cozy beach bar. And because we enjoyed it so much, we would love to come back next year.

Relaxation guaranteed

The vacation started already when booking: Very nice, personal contact. Here, the feeling is conveyed of being treated as a guest and not just as a paying guest.
The house offers everything we need for a relaxing vacation: Chilling by the pool with our four-legged friends, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the beautiful, secluded garden. If you still decide to explore one of the nearby beaches, you will be rewarded with a picturesque landscape. 3-5 km away beaches, you can get there, with the power from the wallbox without any problems ... or hop on one of the available bicycles =) If you really want to go further, destinations like Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, or Kiel are quickly accessible.

We will gladly come again.

We really enjoyed our vacation in the really beautiful house. The house and the fenced property are large .... ideal for a family vacation. It feels like everything your heart desires is in the house. On the left and right are each a property, but we didn't really notice anything from the owners. Otherwise, you are directly in nature. From start to finish, there was a nice contact via email with the owner. For emergencies, there was a number. We would love to come back.

Wonderful

And sometimes you should just sit and look ahead. This motto can be wonderfully implemented here. Pure relaxation and tranquility, whoever is in the mood for entertainment can throw themselves into life at any time. And with our Doodle Leo, who is terrified of firecrackers, it's the most relaxed New Year's Eve ever. Empty beaches to conquer, the house is first-class equipped, and communication with the landlady has been great from the beginning. We have already booked for New Year's Eve 24/25. What more do you need? NOTHING!!!

Great vacation home in a quiet location

A really great house, we liked it very much, there is nothing to complain about.

The location is really quiet, for us it was too quiet with 4 children, playgrounds within walking distance would have been great.

A dream for dreamers...

What do people need to be happy on vacation...
A charming house, atmosphere, charm.

Sehr schönes Haus

Everything you need is available.
Would definitely come back. However, next time I would bring a portable dog fence, as the driveway leading directly to the garden is not fenced and the dog can get to the street through the neighboring property. Fortunately, there is very little traffic, but still annoying and dangerous.

Carefree relaxation potential

We felt super comfortable here. The house is extremely tastefully furnished, really cozy and well-equipped. The highlight was, of course, the beautiful pool, which we used at any time of the day. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

We bought this pretty holiday home in the summer of 2017 and then completely renovated it and made it "chic". We were particularly impressed by the thatched "cosiness" that the house exudes and, of course, the secluded location between the meadows and fields, despite its proximity to the Baltic Sea. For us, the Bay of Lübeck is the most beautiful region in Germany! We are a family with three children. Unfortunately, we don't live on site, but we have a perfect 'team' that takes care of everything. As we have been holiday home owners for more than 35 years, we were able to draw on a wealth of experience when it came to the furnishings We are happy that we can be your hosts and that you can experience a wonderful holiday in our houses!
