Look forward to relaxing days in this exclusive house with a large private pool!
It is very close to the most beautiful sandy beaches and yet in absolute tranquillity between meadows and fields.
This is the right house for you if you are planning a very individual and environmentally friendly holiday, away from the crowds.
The huge pool (4m x 8m) is a natural salt water pool with a sea-like bathing water quality that is especially good for the skin.
It is at your exclusive disposal.
The pool and the spacious garden (approx. 1000 sqm plot) are not visible. You are completely undisturbed and to yourself there.
By bike or by car you can reach the fine sandy beaches of the Lübeck Bay in just a few minutes.
And all that without visitor's tax.
The thatched cottage impresses with its tasteful interior in modern design. It is ideal for two families of friends or your own extended family, perhaps with grandma and grandpa.
You occupy the house alone. It has two sections, each with two bedrooms, its own bathroom and its own access. The two parts of the house are connected by a spacious common living area with an open, perfectly equipped kitchen. The meeting point for everyone is the large dining table. Here you can sit comfortably together for many hours, eat, enjoy, chat, play. A sofa with a large smart TV offers entertainment for young and old. From here you have access to the furnished terrace for sociable evenings together and to the lawn with its own pool, where you can swim day and night.
The semi-detached house has two parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars.
Children are very welcome!
For the little ones we have: a travel cot, a high chair and some toys
For the older ones, there is a pool, bicycles and a table tennis table.
And for the really big ones, W-LAN is more important. Sockets can be found at almost all beds ((-:
The pool is at your sole disposal at any time during the pool season from 06 May to 17 Sept 2023.

The beautiful fine sandy beaches on the doorstep can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car (3 km). You can park there.
The Baltic Sea resorts of Heiligenhafen, Großenbrode and Dahme are 10 minutes away by car. Kellenhusen and Fehmarn are less than 20 km away. Beautiful towns are Eutin and Lübeck.

| The occupancy schedule is kept daily and is always up to date, you can rely on it! Do you have questions about the price? The price calculator will quickly and reliably determine the total price. The rental takes place on a weekly basis, the day of arrival is always Saturday. In the low season, arrival is also possible on other weekdays All additional costs and the final cleaning are included. Exception: In the months of January to March inclusive, the costs for energy are charged additionally at a flat rate of € 34 per day. A visitor's tax is not charged. For refuelling at the wallbox we charge a flat rate of € 35,- per week, the rest is on our account. Note for our winter holidaymakers: Please note that there is no winter service available in case of snow and slippery conditions. A deposit of € 200 will be returned to your account immediately after departure. The pool is at your disposal from 01 May to 17 September. Our cleaning service will be happy to provide you with linen packages (bed linen and towels) on request: € 18 per person Should you not be able to start your holiday, we make every effort to find a replacement. In most cases we succeed. In this case, you will be charged a handling fee of 8.75% of the rental amount. If we are unable to find a replacement for you, the cancellation rules below apply. |
Cancellation terms:

A dream for dreamers...
What do people need to be happy on vacation...
A charming house, atmosphere, charm.
A secluded property with a pool, peace and a view of the field...and leisure to be able to enjoy the beauty of this wonderful spot on earth. We drove home relaxed and decelerated...with the knowledge that we will see each other again.

Wow wow wow
Not only that the contact with the landlady before arrival was very warm-hearted.
The beautiful house, the perfect location, the tasteful furnishings but also the hospitality that was found in every detail in and around the house made us experience a really wonderful, cosy, relaxing week. We would definitely like to come again.

Everything is fine!
Very beautiful house in a fantastic location where you can only relax. The equipment of the house is super, so that you can feel good all around. Not least because of the impeccable service, we would holiday here again.

Wonderfully quiet pool holiday

Sehr schönes Haus
Alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Gerne wieder. Allerdings würde ich das nächste Mal einen mobilen Hundezaun mit
Bringen da die Auffahrt die direkt zum Garten führt nicht eingezäunt ist und die Hund direkt über das Nachbargrundstück auf die Straße gelangen glücklicher weise sehr wenig Verkehr aber eben doch nervig und gefährlich.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, erholsamer Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt von der Lage wunderbar ruhig und erholsam, aber mit dem Auto kann man alles gut erreichen.
Die Umgebung bietet viel zu sehen.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Einfach Klasse !!!
Dieses wunderschöne Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, es ist hier wirklich an alles gedacht worden.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, hier hat man Ruhe, und kann die Seele baumeln lassen.
Kritikpunkte sucht man hier vergeblich, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, versprochen!!!

Sorgenfreies Erholungspotenzial
Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, richtig gemütlich und prima ausgestattet. Der "Renner" war natürlich der schöne Pool, den wir zu jeder Tageszeit nutzten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We were particularly impressed by the thatched "cosiness" that the house exudes and, of course, the secluded location between the meadows and fields, despite its proximity to the Baltic Sea. For us, the Bay of Lübeck is the most beautiful region in Germany! We are a family with three children. Unfortunately, we don't live on site, but we have a perfect 'team' that takes care of everything. As we have been holiday home owners for more than 35 years, we were able to draw on a wealth of experience when it came to the furnishings We are happy that we can be your hosts and that you can experience a wonderful holiday in our houses!
