The lovingly and high-quality renovated two-room apartment (38 m²) for max. 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years is located in the Yachthafenresidenz in Kühlungsborn, in immediate proximity to the beach, marina, and center. It offers you everything you need for your vacation. Here you can feel at home.
The new floor is a designer vinyl floor covering.
The comfortable living area is furnished with a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, and an armchair, and the large window fronts let plenty of light into the apartment.
Next to the living area is the new kitchen and dining area. The dining table can be extended and offers space for up to four people. The comfortable fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped, adjoins the living-sleeping area. Here you will find a 2-burner stove, refrigerator with 4-star freezer compartment, microwave with grill function, toaster, coffee machine, and of course enough dishes, pots, and pans.
A small selection of DVD movies, books, and board games are available in the apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, which is equipped with adjustable head and foot sections and offers you a restful sleep.
For your entertainment, a 32" flat-screen TV, DVD player with USB port for playing DVDs, as well as a radio with CD player and USB port are available to you.
From the living area, you can easily access the terrace, which is equipped with a BEACH CHAIR. In the spacious, newly renovated shower room with a window you will find a washbasin with mirror and storage options, a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a heated towel rail.
A terrace in the greenery adjoins your apartment, which you can access directly from your living area. It is furnished with a lovely seating area.
Bicycles can be locked on the premises at the bicycle stands, which are equipped with large metal hoops. The wellness and leisure oasis "Kübomare" is in the immediate vicinity. Here you can use the swimming and sauna area for a fee. Further information can be found at
For communal use, two washing machines and a dryer with coin operation are available in the basement of house 7. A cot and a high chair for children can be provided for a fee each (€3/day, max. €15).
The prices are per overnight stay, including one parking space. In addition, in every case there is the visitor’s tax as well as the final cleaning fee of €65. The linen package includes complete bed linen, one bath towel, one bath mat, two hand towels, one dish towel, and can be booked per person for €20. If needed, travel cancellation insurance can also be taken out.

Location and surroundings of object
Kühlungsborn is one of the most popular Baltic seaside resorts and is located between Rerik and Heiligendamm. The Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock/Warnemünde can be reached by car in around 30 minutes. Kühlungsborn is surrounded by the Kühlung, a wooded "mountain range" which, like the town forest, offers cooling in summer. Kühlungsborn offers variety at any time of year, as cultural events take place here regularly (even in the winter months). Spend the best time of the year in the marina residence. The location, the comfort and the many leisure activities nearby make this holiday complex one of the most popular in Kühlungsborn. Here you will feel at home and spend relaxing days. The holiday complex is ideally located right next to the new Kühlungsborn marina and the beach. The wide sandy beach and the beautiful harbour promenade are just a few steps away. Here you can enjoy a fantastic stroll and go shopping or simply eat a nice ice cream while watching the boats come and go on one of the many sun terraces. You can also reach the popular pier with its large forecourt in just a few minutes. Many boat trips depart from here, for example to Warnemünde and Grömitz. The Strandstraße with its numerous shops, restaurants and cafés is directly adjacent to the bridge forecourt. Here you will find everything your heart desires, including a supermarket, chemists and a pharmacy.

Vacation apartment top, only the cleanliness a flop.
Location top, price top.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired; despite complaints with photos, we have still not received any feedback 19 days later. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the owners of the apartment do not help either and pass it on to the rental company. Very unfortunate if no one responds.
I hope that the cleaning company will be more thorough in the future so that the vacationers can feel comfortable.
