The cosy non-smoking ground floor flat is situated directly at the foot of the Karwendel mountains in a quiet location
The flat is approx. 35 m² in size (combined living room and bedroom) and has 2 full-size beds with high-quality pocket spring mattresses as a foldaway bed
The kitchen is equipped with sink, fridge incl. freezer, ceramic hob, microwave/hot air, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
The sunny balcony faces south. Pets are not allowed
The beautiful hiking trails into the Karwendel mountains, to the Mittenwald hut, to the Brunnstein hut, to the Hochland hut or to the Damkar hut start directly in front of the front door. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Karwendel mountain railway.

Directly at the Karwendel
From the dining table, you can already see the Karwendel Mountains, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the village and to fetch the rolls.
From noon with a sunny terrace until late afternoon.
We would love to come back.
