in a prime location directly on the beach:
This beautiful holiday flat is located on the third floor (=attic) of the Villa Quisisana
The comfortably furnished east balcony offers you a wonderful lateral sea view.
The living room is equipped with flat screen TV, sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette (contains fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes etc.)
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, blackout curtains and a wardrobe.
The noble marble tiled bathroom offers a WC, real glass shower and hairdryer
Furthermore, there is a separate guest toilet in the holiday flat.
All rooms are tiled with real marble.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A parking space at the house is already included in the price.
A sauna and a beauty and massage studio await you in the house for your wellness moments.

The Strandvilla Quisisana is a lovingly renovated, historically authentic gem directly on the beach promenade in Binz. It is in a prime, central location directly on the beach of Binz, only a 3-minute walk from the centre and the pier. Good restaurants and shopping facilities are in pleasant proximity.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Goldener Herbst in Binz.
Eine sehr schöne, sehr saubere Fewo in einer außergewöhnlichen Strandvilla in Bestlage.
Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Strand. Wir waren zufrieden!

Einfach toll
Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach super in einer sehr guten Lage mit einem Wunderschönen Balkon.

Die Villa hat ihre historischen Reize, wir haben ganz oben gewohnt - einzige Wohnung mit Balkon - leider die falsche Jahreszeit um diesen zu nutzenaber diie Blicke über Binz konnten wir schweifen lassen. Sauna im Haus ist natürlich ein Pluspunkt und nur für Hausgäste - war angenehm und gemütlich

Kurzurlaub
Haben uns kurz durchpusten lassen auf der Insel! War toll abends in die sehr schöne und gemütlich warme Wohnung heimzukehren oder sich in der hauseigenen Sauna wieder aufzuwärmen.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerwert :) ...
Seitlicher Balkon mit schönem Ausblick von ganz oben.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll möbliert und frisch gestrichen.
Die Sauna in der Villa haben wir natürlich auch ausprobiert.
Es war insgesamt ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub auf einer interessanten Insel, die viel zu bieten hat!!
