Description
The penthouse in the beach villa Quisisana offers you a dream holiday experience directly by the sea!
The penthouse includes the villa's characteristic turret, from which you can enjoy an impressive 360° panoramic view over the sea and the roofs of Binz.
In the turret you will also find a large bathtub, a comfortable lounger and an electric fireplace for atmospheric wellness moments.
The living room with historic half-timbering and ceiling beams also offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea
It is furnished with comfortable upholstered furniture, stereo, flat-screen TV, a comfortable dining area and a kitchenette with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster
If required, a bed can be placed on the couch
WLAN is available free of charge.
From the living room there is a furnished loggia with sea view
The large bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a double bed. Blackout curtains are available.
A cot (completely covered) and high chair are available free of charge if required.
A spiral staircase in the bedroom leads to the turret with a large bathtub.
The beautiful shower room with real glass shower, WC and hairdryer is tiled in marble, as are all the floors in the penthouse
The penthouse is located in the attic (third floor).
House guests can use a sauna with relaxation room and shower on the ground floor of the villa free of charge.
A cosmetic and massage studio in the house will be happy to pamper you.
A parking space at the house is already included in the price.
From May to September, a beach chair on the beach in front of the villa is available free of charge.
A friendly housekeeper looks after the villa and its guests.
You are also welcome to use the bread roll or newspaper service.

Villa Quisisana is a jewel on the beach promenade in Binz. It is in a prime location directly on the beach of Binz, only 3 minutes away from the pier and the town centre. Shopping facilities and restaurants are nearby. Binz is the most beautiful and popular of the Rügen seaside resorts.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Was für ein Ausblick.....
Eine Woche war viel zu kurz in der schönen Wohnung: der Ausblick, die moderne Einrichtung und und und.... Die Küche war mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet, in den Betten kann man sehr gut schlafen und vom Meeresrauschen geweckt zu werden - wir kommen wieder

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur wunderschön. Wir konnten sogar Abends vom Whirlpool aus auf das Meer schauen. Mit den Kindern hatten wir auch eine Menge Spaß am Strand.
Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung nächstes Jahr gleich wieder buchen.

sehr schön geworden
wir haben spontan noch die Wohnung buchen können, die Beratung der Vermittlung war sehr gut. Der Preis für die Wohnung ist berechtigt und wir waren froh, dass wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben. Der Ausblick, Relaxbereich, viel Platz, Brötchenservice und Sauna im Haus. Was braucht man mehr.... wärmste Empfehlung ;-)

Traumhafter Ausblick
Es war eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut geschlafen, Austtattung gut und bei super Ausblick einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und das Ostseetreiben genossen. Das Türmchenzimmer war unser "Erholungsraum". Mit Whirlwanne direkt in der Wohnung und Sauna im Haus ist es unser Favorit auch mal im tiefsten Winter nach Binz zu kommen. Die Stadt/Insel hat viel zu bieten. Wir können nur wärmstens empfehlen
