The beach villa "Quisisana" - contemporary comfort, historical charm in seaside style and a dreamlike sea view await you:
This beautiful, comfortable 2-room holiday flat is located on the first floor with a wonderful view of the sea.
The large living room offers you a direct sea view. It has a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with refrigerator (with icebox), dishwasher, 2-plate ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, etc. An electric fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The dining area is located in the loggia with a beautiful lake view
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe as well as blackout curtains.
The marble-tiled bathroom offers a real glass shower, hairdryer and WC.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.

The beach villa "Quisisana" is a historically authentic, lovingly renovated, architectural gem directly on the beach promenade of Binz. It is situated in a prime, central location directly in the first row on the beach, only a 3-minute walk from the pier and the centre of Binz. Shopping facilities and good restaurants are within easy reach.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. In Abhängigkeit vom Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts fallen folgende Rücktrittsgebühren an: - bis 91 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 € - 90 – 61 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 25 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 60 – 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 34 – 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 80 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichtinanspruchnahme = 95 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr Die entsprechend errechneten Tagessätze sind für alle Tage des ursprünglich gebuchten Zeitraumes zu zahlen, die nicht anderweitig vergeben werden können. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Meerblick pur
Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist eine Augenweide. Es hat alles gepasst, das Wetter, die schöne Ferienwohnung, die nette Hausdame....

Entspannter Urlaub
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super und der Weg zur Ostsee war sehr kurz. Binz ist eine Reise wert.

Sehr schöne, neue Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick!
In der Villa Quisisana haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch die Hausdame war sehr nett. Wohnung 9 im Hause ist sehr stylish und neu eingerichtet. Der Meerblick ist natürlich ein Traum!
Die Sauna im Haus haben wir natürlich gern genutzt.
Den Parkplatz haben wir wegen Zuganreise nicht benötigt, das Parken sah aber komfortabel aus.
Ansonsten muß man natürlich noch die Lage loben --> direkt am Strand und nur ein paar Minuten bis zur Seebrücke ins Zentrum.
Wir sagen "Alle Daumen hoch"!

Hier bekommen Sie es! Direkt am Wasser mit schönem Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und von der Loggia. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert und neu möbliert. Da kommt man gerne wieder!

Historische Villa am Strand.

Tolle Lage, schöner Meerblick!
Direkt an der Wasserlinie mit schönem Seeblick haben wir einen entspannten Kurzurlaub verlebt. Die Wohnung und die Villa war sehr gepflegt, die Begrüßung durch die Hausdame sehr freundlich. Gut war der Pkw-Stellplatz direkt am Haus.
Gern können wir dieses Quartier weiterempfehlen!
